Don’t sleep on the pizza! - Edit
I was sooooooo excited to go here and ordered quite a bit- pizza, desserts, everything pumpkin, a bagel sausage avocado egg cheese sammy.
Read moreThe pizza was possibly the best I’ve ever had.
The sammy was great, a little overcooked and they forgot the sausage, but i lived.
The pumpkin cheesecake was a bit strange, i don’t think I’d order it again.
Definitely a must go- get the pizza!!!!!

My first stop at a 100% Vegan & Gluten Free Bakery/Restaurant since I started my Veganista Lifestyle in 2017. Great menu selection, service and style. So nice to be back in my hometown of Portland, Oregon to celebrate my 50th Veganista Style for a little Cake & Coffee. A lil ray of Sunshine at a Less than Desirable Time. Thank You!

Pricey Pies and Pastries - Edit
We arrived an hour after opening and one of the doughnut flavors was already sold out. The blueberry lemon doughnut had a good glaze, but was more like bread than a doughnut. The Sausage Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich was on a buttery biscuit which was tasty, but crumbly. My partner's coffee took quite a while to receive.

Pros: all vegan
Cons: 4% service charge, paid parking

Went later in the day so not everything I wanted to try was available. Got the animal cookie and salted caramel bar. Both were super delicious.

Breaks all rules of what’s possible with GF/Vegan creations. Mouth watering to even think about. Their food and their desserts are both top of line.

A long time favorite 🧁 - Edit
I have been enjoying Petunia's since they opened. The interior is cute with limited seating. I love how I can find some of their goods all throughout the PDX area and know exactly what I'm getting myself into.
Read moreTheir cake slices are massive. The cupcakes are deathly sweet, and a few of their baked goods I can never get enough of. The savory menu items are a nice add so it doesn't feel like I'm just eating cupcakes for lunch, but honestly, is that so bad?
My two top picks of all time are the birthday babycake cupcake and the thin mint brownie. I have eaten more of these than I'd like to admit. I have not tried the ice cream but really need to!

My husband bought a dozen baby cakes for my birthday and I was giddy with choice and the flavors and just how cute they were. Can’t believe they were also GF. The coconut and the raspberry frostings were my fav.

Came in about an hour before they closed and they still had a lot of baked goods left! I got a cupcake, frosted sugar cookie, and caramel cookie bar. Next time, will definitely try the ice cream and pizza! Such a cute spot.

Enjoyed the chocolate chip banana bread - Edit
Visited several times over the years. Went to day and found it hit and miss. My wife enjoyed the barbecue burger (I was a little underwhelmed). I did enjoy the chocolate chip banana bread, but the salted caramel cookie bar had an off-gooey texture with too much of a salty taste for me.

I got a sticky bun and a mocha almond fudge brownie. The brownie was so tasty and had a great texture. The sticky bun was great too! They also had a lot of pies, cakes, cupcakes, and donuts that looked delicious too. I’m definitely coming back here!

SO CUTE - Edit
What a cute and fun little spot! the music is great, the vibes are awesome! Too difficult to choose just a couple pastries, we wanted to eat them all. We got the breakfast bagel and sandwhich on the biscuit. Both were top notch, so flavorful, fresh and tasty. We also got some cookies to bring home for later which were so good

Mmmm I must agree! Your review is very eloquent! This place is quite fine dining to the upmost degree that none other establishment could forge. The savory pastries are ones worth dying for! The apple pie in particular is for the most delicate of taste buds that no PEASANTS should be able to experience! As the most prestige of persons, I must say that this place is a must eulogize. Bravo Petunia's Pies and Pastries! Bravo!
