So good! We had the tiger roll, crispy shrimp, and bliss roll and both my friend (omni) and I (vegan) loved them all! Absolutely will be back and telling people to go here!

Small space for indoor seating, but they make up for it with a quaint cottage-style street patio. Rolls are delicious! Not sure what brands they use, but the salmon and tuna could easily fool a fish eater. Tofu katsu would be good for a kid or a non-sushi person. Staff was super friendly and sweet. They're new to the plant-based arena, so give them room to learn 😎

When it was announced that the Sushi Samurai becomes Seattle's first 100% vegan sushi restaurant, I had to try it right away! I ordered Takeout twice already, and I'm really excited to see the growth of this establishment + the new items that are soon to come!
