THE BEST vegan sushi - Edit
The sushi here blew my mind! We had the crispy shrimp roll, the red dragon roll, the green goddess roll, and the Seattle tempura roll (the entire roll was tempura, so decadent!). We had vegan and omni members of our party, and the omnis said they would not have known that the sushi was vegan. It tasted just like the real thing. Incredible! It felt so luxurious to be able to order anything off the menu and know that it is all vegan. The prices were very reasonable for Seattle. They have a fantastic enclosed and heated outdoor space that is dog-friendly, so our little dog was able to join us. On top of all that, the people who work there are super nice and friendly. We will definitely be back. This is a great place to take vegans and non-vegans. I can't wait to bring more people here! UPDATE: Have since returned and loved everything else we tried, including an excellent cheesecake from Burns Vegan Bakery.

Truly unique - Edit
I had been wanting to try vegan sashimi and I was pleased by my first experience. We started with seaweed salad, followed by an order of tempura rolls and Seattle roll. The seaweed salad was perfectly seasoned, a good balance of sweet and savory. The tempura rolls were crispy and delicious. The Seattle roll's vegan sashimi had me fooled. It tasted like salmon! The flavor on its own was a bit understated but paired beautifully with wasabi and soy sauce. For dessert, we ordered the pecan cheesecake which was so lovely in its presentation. The orchids were edible! We enjoyed munching on a few once we learned they were more than just a garnish.

Newly Converted Sushi Fan - Edit
Obviously the idea of raw fish was always off-putting to me, so I was never a big fan of sushi. Even the vegan sushi I’ve tried before never really excited me. But that was UNTIL I tried Sushi Samurai. Wow! My boyfriend and I tried two different plates of sushi rolls and everything was so tasty. My boyfriend lives in Germany and every time he comes to visit he makes it a point to stop in at Sushi Samurai.

The most exciting restaurant in Seattle today!!! - Edit
This restaurant is not to be missed! It is an unassuming place with great outdoor seating, very friendly service, and simply outstanding food. We think that it currently is *the most exciting restaurant in Seattle*, serving beautifully presented sushi rolls that are incredibly tasty, creative, and well crafted. I only wish we lived closer to it, as we would like to try every item on the menu. Two thumbs way up!!!

The dumplings were delicious and the edamames were good. I really liked the Geisha. The others were good, but I have tasted much better for way cheaper.

100% vegan sushi bar - Edit
I really liked this place’s menu, it’s very creative. The only thing that has room for improvement is that the sushi is missing a fishy taste. But overall, really cool spot with good service.

Amazing food, very good vegan sushi! - Edit
I went with my fiancé and friend and got the gyoza, edamame, and miso soup for the appetizer all were very tasty and for the rolls we got yoga, Pacific Northwest, red dragon, crispy shrimp, maui, samurai, spicy tuna, Orion. We recommend all of these rolls my favorite were yoga and red dragon. This was also enough food for all three of us.

Good Sushi, but weird texture on the "fish" - Edit
I loved how creative their rolls were and they were really yummy. However, if I were to return i would not get something with the mock salmon/tuna because it tastes fishy but the texture reminds me of hard jello? Idk it was just not a pleasant texture to me. Overall their menu was very yummy though and i liked the mock shrimp they used. I wasn't a huge fan of the miso soup though, it was very sweet which was strange to me.

Best veg sushi in Seattle - Edit
Came here for my birthday dinner and this place honestly blew me away. We tried 4 rolls - spicy tuna, salmon, crunchy shrimp, and curry rolls and all were delicious. My favorite was the salmon roll - very unique! We also had the gyoza as an app. Wish I lived closer because I would eat here all the time. Reasonably priced too and very attentive service. I have never drank that much unlimited tea in my life.
