Dishes include takoyaki, yakisoba, deep-fried skewers ("kushikatsu"), vegan cutlet rice bowls ("katsudon"), fried gyoza dumplings and more. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-10:30pm. Public holidays have Sat-Sun hours.

Great Osakan Cuisine - Edit
Really great Osakan cuisine! One of the troubles of being vegan in Japan is the lack of options and as lovely as some of the other vegan restaurants we tried were, they had lots of burgers and not as much “traditional” cuisine. Having just had a tour guide tell us about all this traditional Osakan food that we couldn’t eat, we found out that pretty much all of it was served here! Can’t speak highly enough of it, so nice to not have to miss out on any of the culinary culture just because we’re vegan! Also has really friendly staff who speak great English and an easy to use online order/menu system in English!

Ok but not amazing - Edit
Really appreciate having somewhere vegan offering Osaka/Izakaya style food somewhere more central, but overall I thought the food was just ok.
Read moreThe “tako”yaki weren’t cooked particularly well, and the eggplant in the kushiyaki was very oily. Gyoza were fine, as were the pickles.
Several members of staff weren’t very knowledgeable about payment methods when asked. Also when I originally tried to order the kushiyaki it showed as unavailable on the menu. I asked a member of staff and was told it was sold out. 30 minutes later I saw a plate being delivered to another table. I checked the online ordering again and it showed that it was available. It would have been nice for them to tell us it was available again.

Great full vegan menu with ramen and takoyaki they also do lunch sets with some noodle dishes. We had the spicy ramen and the creamy ramen and shared some takoyaki. Lovely service and ordering was easy with the QR code and English menu

Great tasting food — the beers are also HUGE. They speak English as well, highly recommended the takoyaki the mayo they have taste soooo good compared to regular kewpie mayo. We got the gyoza and takoyaki and I got a dessert (matcha pudding with brown sugar). They also have mocktails for my sober friends :-).

Authentic osaka food! - Edit
Had the best vegan takoyaki and kushikatsu here! Finally a place where you can have authentic vegan japanese food. It's so rare. Still many vegan restaurant in Japan serve western food. Personally, I liked it here more than Shinsekai Paprika shokudo, which also have kushikatsu and takoyaki.

Bit of a wait, but well worth it. Easy to order from menu (QR code), staff are efficient and good level of English. Food was amazing, we had multiple dishes to try nearly everything, still a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Vegan Base in Busy Area - Edit
This was a great little vegan Base in the middle of a bustling tourist area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I got the vegan takoyaki and enjoyed the flavor but the texture was difficult for me. Not sure if it was just the restaurant spin or if that's how the real stuff tastes. Overall a good experience.

Vegan local style cuisine that is reminiscent of western fast food. Can't say it was that much to my personal tastes, but who doesn't live going for a late night bite and being able to order anything off the menu?! Plus, you are able to use their WiFi with the QR code to avoid confusion.
