The food was quite good, but I wouldn't say amazing. I liked the takoyaki; they were crispy on the outside but soft (maybe too soft for some people) on the inside. The okonomiyaki was a bit burnt. I would have liked the sauce of karaage to be less gingery, but my partner liked it. The raisin cake was really really good.
The place was indeed difficult to find, but we found it after a short while.
The idea behind the restaurant was really sweet. They created a space for mothers with small kids to enjoy a homey meal.
Some people (on Google mostly) complained about the price--if you do, just go elsewhere. Don't expect station food to be affordable.
The staff went out of their way to help us. They were so kind.
