Con:
- SMOOTHIES NOT VEGAN ANY MORE!!
- only hummus and jam as bread spread, I didn’t see any margarine

Stunning hotel with amazing vegan options - Edit
This hotel is sleek and modern with incredible service. This is the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel which clearly labels vegan options at breakfast. So much Choice, can either try European breakfast or mix with Asian fusion. Vegan breakfast choices were overnight rolled oats in oat milk, Hummus and crackers with fresh, cucumber or tomato and salad, fresh fruits, or Asian inspired potato, frittata with seaweed, vegan, Ramen, vegan, fried rice with vegetables, fresh fruit. I was really blown away. Even the smoothies are made with soya milk, fresh fruit, juices, and ginger shots .
Read moreThe hotel has two restaurants, one a Korean Asian fusion place which has a vegan sharing platter plus other options called Ark. There is also an exterior bar with DJ in the evenings and I had the black bean burger which was moist freshly made with avocado and fries, and I also tried the vegan Buddha bowl, which was great as well.
The room was really nice, slept really well. The only downnside for me (being a singer) with the hotel was that you couldn’t turn off the air-conditioning in the room dircetly over the bed, other than that I really perfect day I would fully recommend to other vegans coming to Stockholm.
