Wish I could have tried but

But it was closed for summer vacation. Reopens July 12, 2024. If you’re already here the Indian spot down the block can accommodate vegans

Yummy vegan options

They have some yummy vegan options on the menu that have their own section. I loved the spinach and tofu with garlic. If you like coffee you might also enjoy their Vietnamese coffee. Ask for it without condensed milk to make it vegan. I'm not a coffee drinker but my partner loved it.

UPDATE: We have become regulars here and always come back for nr 38 the water spinach and tofu with garlic. It was love at first taste and it's both our favourite. Highly recommend. We have tried a few other things too that have been nice (like the fresh spring rolls) but this is what we love best 😋

A whole page of vegan options in their menu

Nice and quiet place. They serve quick. In their menu they have a great and decent list of vegan options.
I am not a fan of Vietnamese food (too oily and fried vegetables for me), but I recognize that the quality of this restaurant is good.

Pros: Not all is vegan

Tasty and rustic

Many options and a nice Banh Xeo. The side salads could use a little love. Recommend coming here, always good.

Great Vietnamese food

Tasty and authentic Vietnamese food. Loved to be able to have nice non-alcoholic beverages with the food, the passion fruit drink felt luxurious and went well with the food!

4.5 Stars At Least

So hysterical that you’re not allowed to rate 5 stars for a place that makes such great vegan food. The lunch menu for 105kr is a great deal and half the options are vegan. Both are great

Pros: Affordable lunch, Delicious vegan options, Non-vegan options are authentic and delicious too

Cons: No garlic chili paste

Completely amazing

The place is pretty small but nicely decorated. They have a vegan section in the menu with a bunch of different dishes.

I had no.36, Bun Chay Nam Bo, and it was absolutely delicious. The tofu was incredible, the spring roll was fantastic, the sauce was [insert ridiculously positive adjective] and so on...

The woman serving the food was very helpful and kind. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Visit this place.

Update:
The crepe is also great. Maybe a bit too many mushrooms for my taste.

Pros: Delicious, Vegan section in menu, Wonderful service

Minh Mat, you'd better watch out!

There is a contender in Stockholm for Minh Mat as the best Vietnamese in town, especially now that MM won't even bother accepting cash.
I ate lunch today, and even though I had to order a la carte, as it was later than 2 PM, I can't say I regret it. The downside was, obviously, having to pay almost the double of what I would have had I been in time for the lunch menu. Be it was it may, it was a very nice dish with plenty of flavour and a great deal of tofu.. I will have to return and keep you posted, hehe.
On the minus side, only one vegan dessert.

Fantastic restaurant

Nice restaurant with separate vegan menu, with men options. The staff is very friendly, have good understanding of special requirements as of vegan diet and allergies. Their Vietnamese crêpe is totally recommended, nr 35 Bánh Xèo, (a super crispy rice pancake), all friends of mine loves this dish. Ask how to eat the dish. Recommended to drink: Chanh Dây (freshly pressed passion fruit flesh mixed with ice water, sugar and mint). Vegetables to all dishes are super duper fresh. They serves peanuts and prawncrackers while your waiting for order food or the food to arrive, so just let them know if you don't want these if they arrive at your table. Reasonable price. In summary, one on my favourite restaurants.

Pros: High quality food, separate vegan meny. , Nice staff, understand allergies and special diets, Mix sour, sweet, salty, bitter & umami.

Cons: Have whole fish on the menu, with head intact. , 10 min walk from the tube (metro). , Serves peanuts and prawncrackers to all guests

Amazing

This place offers delicious food, I'd rate the dish I had (dau phu zao rau) as one of the best I've ever tasted. The staff were so nice and prices were reasonable. Very cozy place as well.

10 different vegan courses

So I had the fried spring rolls, and they came with noodles and some sallad. It all tasted very good and was a lot of food. Well worth it. However my sister had the fresh spring rolls and they came with nothing and were only 5. They also tasted good but for that price you expect a bit more. She had to eat off of my plate too feel satisfied.

Best vietnamese in town

Lately there have been an explosion in Vietnamese restaurants with vegan options in town, and this is one that came out of it.

This is for me the best of these, the food I have had here is excellent the local is on the outskirts of town so I never need to reserve a table.

The food is made with good produce, the owner is passionate about her food and willing to talk about her food and philosophy. Ask for recommendations

I have not been to "Minh mat" so I can not compare, I just know people that been to both have preferred Bun Bo Hue (and that Bun Bo Hue have better overall rating on general restaurant ratings site)

Pros: Clearly marked vegan menu, Passionate owner and good produce, Fantastic food

Cons: On the outskirts
