Really nice place - Edit
I ordered some vegan style traditional Portuguese food. I don’t know what the original Portuguese dish is. But I liked the vegan version I also tried their kombucha which is the first time ever I tried kombucha, I also don’t know what it is but I liked it. The stuff is so amazing and so nice, this one lady helped me with everything, she basically chose everything for me which I really appreciate it.

A Lisbon Must! - Edit
Don’t miss this vegan restaurant with chef-quality dishes. Our group ordered four entrees to share and loved everything. We also enjoyed dessert with coffee. I wish I could come back once more before I leave town. Try to make a reservation if you can because it gets very busy at lunch. Also, it is conveniently located across the street from the 28 tram stop.

Perfect Vegan steak! Perfect Vegan people! ❤️ - Edit
Utterly amazing vegan place with such friendly staff! “Ao 26-vegan food project” are taking vegan food to the next level and beyond.. I had sardines to start (beautifully seasoned salty nori tofu on peppers and onions, served on beautiful toasted bread!! Great start!! But what can I say about the main!! Vegan steak in a mustard sauce and creamed spinach served with what I can only describe as a sweet potato dauphinois potatoes (but not in a creamy garlic sauce (picture may make sense 🙂) a mouth 👄 sensation which can only truly be appreciated if you mosey on down and plonk your behind on a chair and get stuck in!! You will not regret it!!! 🤤 I’m already booked back in 😜 (booking highly recommend to avoid disappoint) ✌️&❤️

I'd eaten some good vegan food on my trip to Lisbon but nothing was as delicious as this. The flavours were incredible. I went for a burger and my partner went for the steak... you could tell the chef cared about the food! Went for a dessert as well because everything was so lovely!

Foi a minha quarta visita ao espaço e nunca desilude.

Só continuo a achar as doses um pouco pequenas...para alguns dos valores pedidos, em alguns dos pratos.

An experience! - Edit
This was an incredible experience. I recommend getting a reservation, this is a nice restaurant that gets filled up. We had a great lunch here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the cheese board. I have been V aprox 7 years and have NEVER had cheese that tasted like brie, etc. The only thing were not pleased with was the little amount of bread compared to how much cheese there was. Also they serve little sticks which are not so great to dip. We ordered a side of their really good bread and that worked great. The seawood soup was an amazing experience and really felt like a fish stew. It had strong flavors that I really enjoyed. I also recommend their fried cuttlefish which I believe was mushrooms. A great experience!

The pioneers - Edit
Love it or hate it, they were one of the first vegan concepts to adapt traditional Portuguese dishes. The food is always a hit. Could vary the dessert options a little more and hopeful that they will expand to a bigger space soon, as it's always fully booked

Nice place - Edit
I had a weird experience here. I had been here in 2016 and i remember having agreat experience. For a starter i jad the « octopus » ceviche and it was truly out of this world. I ordered thé francesinha for main, mostly because it had so many things going on that I could t wait to try the explosion in my mouth. I am not a portuguese and I understand this dish is inspired in a traditional portuguese dish. Having said and understanding that I never tried the non-vegan version of this dish, I didn’t like it at all. The flavors were not integrated and the bread was not combining well with the tomato sauce. I wasnt enjoying the dish after teo bites so I ordered the tofu a lagareiro. This one was really good! Also had the chocolate mousse for desserts and it was really nice balance.

Best Vegan in Lisbon - Edit
This was our first dinner in Lisbon and it was the best one of the trip. We started with a Summer Night's Dream (jackfruit ceviche) and sparkling wine sangria - both very good. For mains, we had the Francesinha and the Islander - both fantastic! And for dessert, the creme brulee, which was absolutely incredible - as good as any classic creme brulee. My non-vegan partner said this meal was the best vegan food he's ever had!

Perfectly exquisite - Edit
This menu brings to life numerous dishes, including some of Portugal’s most famous sammies—bifana & francesinha. I couldn’t try both in my few days there, so I went with the servers fav—the bifana. The fries that accompanied were so delicious! I also came back for dinner given my wonderful lunch experience. I ordered the cheese plate. Fair warning—it’s enough for three l to four people and exceptionally delicious. I took most of it with me so that I could also try their “seafood” soup. While delicious, I’d save this dish for a second or third visit. The restaurant felt very casual during lunch, but became a bit more elegant during dinner. I enjoyed its local charm with open kitchen that blended an organic cafe feeling with a bit of elegance. They even convinced me (it wasn’t difficult) to try dessert—a great choice!

Incredible vegan cheeses - Edit
I visited this venue after 5 years and it has changed from a mediocre restaurant into supreme kickass one!
Read moreWe had a seitan bifona, and cheese degustation. You will absolutely not understand how can they do such cheeses - camembert, blue cheese, Brie, … waitresses told us some of the cheeses are grown for 2 months, I found it exciting.
Plus kind stuff, awesome beers and well situated.
This is Portugal’s must have!!! 100 %
