Read morePaid 14,50€ for a Francesinha with fries plus a SuperBock, very reasonably priced. Loved this place because you can see that the food is made with love, which makes it unique.
Would definitely recommend a stop here. Just make sure you bring cash with you or a Portuguese card please :)

I had the local ravioli and a dessert which were really delicious, however I found disappointing that they don’t make the sauce with the salad but they just give you a portion of oil and a portion of vinegar (in plastic!).

Come and try the famous Francesinha of Porto. In its normal version, it has sliced bread, beef steak, sausage, mortadella, sausage, cheese and francesinha sauce (with optional fries and egg ‘to accompany’).
We ate the vegan version and we were very full, we would have put a couple of vegetables. Important fact, it is considered one of the 10 best sandwich in the world.

Excellent vegan food (and even groceries!) - Edit
We went two days in a row & both times the food was excellent. We had the grilled “cheese” sandwiches (anything but bland) and soup (day one: leek, day two: fava beans & cauliflower), grilled cheese with grilled “sausage” (it was HUGE & tasty) and a so-called small salad that was a meal all on its own! Oh...and do NOT skip the fries...done to perfection.

Warning: it is a small place and a sole proprietorship so be patient (especially if you are used to American fast food), but the wait will be worth it and all at very reasonable prices.
There is also a warning sign against using the internet! “Talk to each other” - great advice in a relaxing place where you will find great vegan food. The grocery selection is pretty darn good too.
Pros: Excellent vegan comfort food, Cool vibe, Reasonable prices
Cons: Don’t even think about driving there.

I have tried a Franceshina and I was not excited. Pastel de Nata was good, but the best thing was the vegan version of chouriço sausage they sell in the store. One of the best fake meats I have tried!

Hier kann man nicht nur lecker essen, sondern auch in dem integrierten kleinen Laden stöbern und neue Produkte entdecken. Die Inhaberin liebt was sie tut und tut es mit Begeisterung und Liebe. Wir haben hier wahrscheinlich den besten veganen Käse probiert. Die Sandwiches sind sehr zu empfehlen. Bedient und bekocht wurden wir von einer sehr herzlichen Dame. Vielen Dank:)

The staff is super friendly and speaks English well😄i had salad (6,5€) and kombucha (1,55€) and salame which is some kind of chocolate cake with nuts (1,80€). Everything was so good! Service was kind of Slow, but that’s because they do everything fresh :)!
