Truly one of the best vegan meal I have ever head! - Edit
Set up in a very simple way with tables, fridges and shelves with products to buy, the meal will be nothing simple. I had the francesihna and it was truly phenomenal. It had so many different layers of meat that filled me up with pure joy. The also have a different dish of the day for only 6euros.

Read moreWe came for lunch and the place was packed and we were debating whether to wait or go, fortunately we waited! We had the dish of the day, saffron rice with peas carrots rice and topped with vegan chorizo sausage and a side salad. Followed with a vegan pastel de nada and coffees…excellent!!

Amazing place in Porto - Edit
Stopped here specifically for the francesinha, because we always want to try local foods made vegan. It was great value for money, and the owner was incredibly kind and obviously passionate about creating vegan Portuguese food. If are needing some vegan staples like tofu or cheese, there are lots of options in the small grocery section.

O pastel de natal nem se nota diferença de um não Vegano e ainda trouxe um salame de chocolate para o lanche.
Pena não terem um espaço em Lisboa!

Nourishing food with a homemade feel. Such amazing value also taking into account the huge portions. Marcia, the owner and chef, truly loves her craft and makes everyone feel special - quite a task for a busy restaurant. Picked up dessert to go and some package tofu for tomorrow's lunch too!

We went here twice during our stay and she remembered us and thanked us for coming back. The lady who runs this is really lovely and its a popular place with locals. As well as the menu items she does a daily dish of the day and a selection of different savoury pastries. She also make the best vegan Pastel De Nata

had the toast with ham as a snack, it was quite creamy and appetizing and also cheap! it has a rly cute tiny store with vegan products you dont find easily in portugal, i was delighted! including non food bulk chemical products and such. they also have some ready to eat snacks on the counter, like croquetes, empadas and lanches

Excellent toasties and groceries - Edit
Really lovely local vegan cafe run by a really friendly woman, I had a vegan burger toastie and the seitan on bread, plus loads of savoury pastries and sweet treats including a stunning vegan pastel de nata. Also an extensive vegan grocery store selling all the vegan essentials, with big chilled and frozen sections too!
