We walked a while to find this place. There was a sign in the entrance to the building that said it was open 11-9 (we got there at 2) but when we went upstairs to find it, it was closed.

Es war wirklich alles super. Es gibt eine Recht große Auswahl an veganen Speisen und alles ist mindestens vegetarisch. Das Essen kam super schnell und war frisch und lecker 😋. Alle waren super freundlich. Kann ich mir weiter empfehlen

Joli restaurant avec une terrasse en verre suspendue au bord de la rivière. Nous avons pris le burger végane du jour et du riz à la japonaise avec du tofu teriyaki. Les deux plats étaient très bons, même si le riz était un peu trop salé et qu'il n'y avait que deux minces tranches de tofu. En dessert, il n'y avait plus de tarte au citron, nous nous sommes rabattus sur une tarte mangue coco, correcte, sans plus. Un endroit à recommander dans l'ensemble.

We enjoyed an amazing meal with a starter to share (falafel with humus, tahini and pickled veggies), the daily meal (aubergine, tomato, mango chutney and coconut rice) and cake (lemon tart). Each dish even better than the former. They also have good kombucha and local wine. The bistro is situated in a beautiful building hosting an art museum. We had our lunch on the terasse with a nice view of the river. It might be a good idea to make a reservation e few hours ahead, especially during high season.

Waren leider zwischen den Küchenzeiten (Mo - Fr 11:30 - 14:45 und 17:00 - 20:00) da, deswegen wurden es Torte und Cappuccino 😉

Very good food, amazing terrace - Edit
The restaurant is in a beautiful building with an amazing terrace/view over the river. We had the curry with dumplings (which were a little « spicy » for us) and the vegetables with potatoes and tofu, both were very good. Desserts were amazing, vegan lemon tart and vegan chocolate cake. Staff could be a little more warm when welcoming guests, service was great.

We had dinner at Tula in early Feb - very quiet. Beautiful food, simple yet very tasty. Highly recommended to all the vegans and vegetarians visiting Salzburg.

Beautiful high ceilings, plants, comfortable chairs, and food was really good! Not boring, and also healthy! They usually have vegan cakes as well. Vegan hot chocolate and many teas, beer and wine. Owned by a young couple, very friendly good service.

This is a nice restaurant and attached to an art gallery. It is just near the river. It’s very cosy and comfortable. There is a menu and there were quite a few vegan options or things that could be veganised. I had the fried rice with tofu and it was tasty but a little salty. My partner had the kofta and loved it.. We found this bistro after researching on HappyCow and were very impressed. The service was wonderful despite being busy and most tables full but the owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. The food was great. I tried the small lettuce salad and Indian dumplings. My boyfriend tried the daily special which was tofu and rice. We definitely recommend this bistro and wish we found it earlier.
