Sehr leckeres veganes Frühstücksbrot mit Avocadocreme, Räuchertofu, Gemüse,.. als 2. veganes Gericht gab es einen Hirsebrei, ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

Good Coffee and Lovely Bites - Edit
They offer excellent coffees, and all of the cakes and breakfast items I tried were nutritious and simple but also quite delicious (and beautifully decorated with lovely dried flowers and pretty fruit arrangements!). I would definitely recommend them (and there are three locations) for a nice breakfast in Salzburg.
