slightly Disappointed - Edit
I went here with my son after his Photoshoot & to be honest I was disappointed with the female working here, she wasn't friendly which to me took me back slightly as the website showed the team to be friendly & welcoming & welcoming I sadly didn't feel. The Australian guy was very friendly though, the food looked good I just had a coffee though, I felt it was very expensive.

don't recommend - Edit
Had the mushroom croissant and almost threw up after taking multiple bites - the mushroom was so salty and the croissant absorbed all the saltiness. Boyfriend was okay with his salad.

little gem - Edit
We went there after swimming in the ponds on Hampstead heath to celebrate my birthday, and are very glad we did.
Read moreWe sat outside (under the bridge) and had iced coffee and some delicious filling sandwiches (smoked tofu "Keith", and a bean sloppy Joe burrito).
The staff were lovely, the atmosphere relaxed, and the food excellent. Highly recommended.

Terrific !! - Edit
Cute little cafe local style in Kentish Town offering high quality sandwiches, pastries and cakes. The staff are super friendly they have few types of milks to chose from. The coffee itself is very good.
Read moreIt is a cafe that recently became 100% vegan and takes also part of vegan activism. Not only because it is a brilliant cafe, but also because of their part in the vegan movement is why they deserve a visit.
Visit their Facebook page- they are very active there :)
I have no doubt you will enjoy your coffee and breakfast there. Don't skip the sandwiches!

Great vegan cafe - Edit
It is really good that The Fields Beneath is now vegan. I had a delicious toasted sandwich there today and took away a slice of cake which I ate in the nearby park. When the cafe is crowded and the weather is good the park is a nice place to eat a takeaway.

Cosy & Comfortable - Edit
It was a very enjoyable experience being at this coffee shop as the people working there were very genuine in how they spoke and acted. You could tell they enjoyed themselves at work and still managed whilst busy to get down and do the work in a timely manner. Perfect place for a quick coffee on the go!

Going vegan - Edit
So good to hear of omni places turning vegan. This little coffee shop had great coffee with a range of plant milks - the oat milk makes a good latte. Cakes on offer when I visited includes ginger and marmalade (tasty), lemon and thyme, hemp balls (my friend thought these were so good I didn't get a try), chocolate brownies, crossiant... so lots of choice!
Read moreLimited indoor tables (it was a busy weekend lunchtime when I visited) but the sun was streaming in through a large window so it was a lovely light place to sit. Tables outside under the railway arches too. I enjoyed a delicious salad and they also had burgers, wraps, soup.
Service was friendly and efficient despite how busy they were.
Pros: Good coffee, Delicious salad, Friendly service

Vegan coffee shop heaven! - Edit
My dog and I make a 90 minute round trip to here every Sunday just to load up on tasty carbs! Tiny little space under Kentish Town West station but manages to churn out filled, flavoured and plain croissants (I have missed these so much since becoming vegan!); brownies and cakes (at least 5 to chose from on any given morning); plenty of soup and sandwiches too. Oat, soy and almond milk on offer for the various coffees and hot drinks. I've yet to take a photo as I'm too busy filling my face.

Cons: Teeny tiny seating area
