Best vegan greek food - Edit
Wonderful little place, extremely friendly staff and great service. Moussaka was delicious. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again. Very popular so may be worth booking to be sure of a table.

Danke für euren Besuch, warum sprecht ihr mich nicht direkt an. Wir sind so offen und können auf Wünsche direkt eingehen. Ich finde es sehr schade, weil wir die Speisen mit liebe und Ausgewogenheit herstellen. Wir versuchen alle glücklich zu machen. Der eine liebt mehr Gewürze der andere weniger, die einen lieben Salz die anderen nicht. Der eine will viel Knoblauch der andere hat was dagegen. Wir sitzen zwischen den Stühlen und deshalb ist es wichtig das man mit uns spricht.

Lieben Dank für deine Rezension, Produkte zu finden, die Glutenfrei, Sonjafrei und vegan sind, sind enorm selten, dazu noch sehr teuer. Alleine der Buchweizen kostet 8x mehr als der normale weizen und dazu muss er auch noch Glutenfrei sein. Preissteigerungen, Miete, Angestellte und der Staat verdienen an uns 50 %. Wir verdienen einen echt schmalen Taler und ob sich das lohnt, frage ich mich. Herzlich Nikolaos

I showed up with super high expectations and was disappointed. The food was ok. There was 1 cook and from what I could see everything was already pre made and they were re heating meals. The service was mediocre and the food really wasn’t super flavourful. The potatoes didn’t have much flavour and could use much more lemon. The tzatziki was bland and under spiced. The moussaka was the best part of the meal but still not the best vegan moussaka I’ve had. Overall it was a decent experience but for a top rated restaurant I had much higher expectations

Mezzeplatter - Edit
Very small restaurant with upbeat, greek pop music. My friend and I shared the Mezzeplatter for 2 people which was 7 spreads and bread. It was tasty but didn't quite feel like a proper meal. About halfway through the meal what I can only assume to be the Greek owner started coming by our table and asking how everything was. I loved his energy and attitude. He gave us more and bread and also got us two shots of ouzo after the meal. He raised the experience from a 3/5 to a 4/5. I am curious how the main dishes are.

Read moreThe patatas lemonatas were simply amazing and so was the tzatziki (and I often don't like it). I can't say I LOVED the yemista in the same way I loved them in Greece but it's normal cause it's like comparing the pesto I can make in Genoa with genoese Pra' basil with the one I can make in France...Still, they were SUPER GOOD.
You can taste the freshness of the ingredients.
The owner Nikos is very nice, I believe he is very good at his job, he's chatty and always smiling..I've read a few comments complaining he was a bit too much: well I believe those people don't come from Southern Europe like us 🤣 It Is a pleasure to have someone who smiles while he works and tries to please his customers..If I lived in Berlin I'd definitely come back to try the moussaka, which looks amazing on the pic I saw..haven't tried the dessert cause we promised our daughter an ice cream..😅
About the prices being high..well, they are if you come from Southern Europe but the restaurant is in Germany so they are fair considering you're in the centre of Berlin and the ingredients are fresh..if you don't want to pay 16€ for a main, there is always vegan currywurst 🤣

After seeing all the amazing reviews on Happy Cow we were really excited to eat here, but if I'm honest we were left a little disappointed.

We got the Greek salad, milletballs, dolmades and the spicy tomato Feta dip.
The dolmades were delicious, heaps of flavour and good texture, not mushy or soggy.
My boyfriend and I are not fussy eaters at all, but the milletballs were so dry that they were inedible.
The Greek salad had no flavour at all, some salt and lemon juice would have been nice. It was also lukewarm and some of the tomatoes and Cucumber were soft and did not seem very fresh. The Olives in the salad were really yummy but had pips so had to be eaten separately. I also think there are better tasting/textured vegan fetas available which would have been more appropriate for a Greek salad.
The dip was fine, nothing special. It was served with a dry hard cracker, it would have been tastier with a soft pita or similar.
It was also expensive at 36 euros.
The staff was really friendly and service was quick.
I love to see vegan only restaurants and never want to tear them down, but I hope my feedback can be used to enhance the current menu.

We’ve spent our small wedding party at Nikos’ place and I cannot use enough words to describe how awesome it was! The food is so delicious and the portions are pretty big. The staff is very friendly and always with a smile on their faces. Nikos is such a great host, he’s very open, friendly and he was taking great care of all guests and made sure that everyone was having a great time! Nikos thank you one more time and we’ll see each other soon for sure!

Dafür sind Tische da, das ihr mehr Platz braucht wusste keiner und ihr habt doch Augen im Kopf, bitte das nächste mal einfach entscheiden weiterzugehen und entschuldigt bitte meine Polemik. Ihr habt wenigstens noch was zu essen bekommen. Andere hätten sich mehr über das Essen gefreut als auf alles andere. Nein/ Doch ohhhh solltet ihr euch anschauen, den Film meine ich, dann habt ihr wenigstens noch was zu lachen in eurem Leben.

The food was pretty good, but we had expected something a little more special - both from the food and the broafer experience. The seating is very crammed and the staff being remarkably non-Greek (including the chef) did make it feel less special than we thought an all-vegan Greek place would be. However, they were super nice and the food was good, so not a big complaint. Just an expectation mismatch.

I definitely recommend to try this nice and friendly Greek restaurant, serving a range of vegan versions of traditional Greek dishes. As a starter, we had several vegan dips and liked most of them, but especially liked the tzatziki.

We showed up 20 minutes before opening (due to shorter summer hours we weren’t aware of) and were still given a table and drinks quite promptly! We enjoyed the sampler platter (the lazy Susan was a great touch) and a few other unique dishes that can’t usually be found vegan.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach etwas veganem und gleichzeitig glutenfreien und sind hier fündig geworden. Der Inhaber ist super nett und die Atmosphäre allgemein sehr schön. Da es bei uns ein bisschen länger gedauert hat, bis wir unsere Bowls bekommen haben, haben wir noch eine kleine süße Überraschung zum Dessert bekommen :).
