Wonderful meals - Edit
The place is quite small. We got there 20 minutes after it opened and in another 20 minutes it was full and therefore felt really crowded. The host was welcoming and I had the feeling that he wanted to talk to people, but he just didn't have the time. The dinner was wonderful: we tried the plate for 2 and a Musaka, both were delicious. They offered buckwheat breads with free refill. Baby chair was available upon request.

Read moreWe had to sit in a really cold basement floor. We were all sitting there with our coats on. We asked if we could sit upstairs, not possible. After thirty minutes (still no food) we saw a lot of people had left. We had to say for ourselfs now that we could sit upstairs. This was quite warmer, but a lot of stuff everywhere (like crates).
We had starters and mains. They were brought all at the same time (and we specified that we didn’t wanted that during ordering). The taste was mediocre. My husband did like the moussaka. You get small portions for a high price. The ‘bread’ is way too hard.
We decided to get a dessert somewhere else.
I came here based on the reviews here and we (and those other guests) really don’t understand them. There is so much vegan to eat in Berlin. This place really does not stand out. Unfortunately.

Read moreThe upstairs area seems quite disorganized, cannot recommend sitting there. The kitchen does not seem to have a stove, so everything is heated in an oven, which kept beeping when ready, which was the sound of our dinner. The service was friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed.
Unfortunately, the food was not good either. It was bland and the rice was overcooked. The dips were the only thing that tasted good, but the "bread" they came with had a bad taste that kind of ruined the dips. I also found the portions to be very small and quite expensive.

Read moreAlways interesting to try new places, but sadly a lot of dishes contained vegetables I can’t stand (olives and parsley in this case). I went for some pasta-lasagna looking dish. Texture was pretty decent, but lacked some flavor (hot sauce always makes things better).
The portion was alright but my expectations were a bit higher for what I paid for two non-alcoholic beverages and one main dish (~25 euro). Would still revisit to try something else another time.
Card payment possible.

Kind and efficient staff, the mezes were appreciated, there was way enough quantity for the both of us. The rice was our favorite, then tzatziki for my guest, caper olives spread for myself. The bread was a banger ! Absolutely book as the place is tiny !

Sehr gemütlicher kleiner Laden und tolle Auswahl an authentischem Essen. Die Mezzeplatte würde ich eher mit mehr als zwei Leuten teilen, sonst ist es von allem etwas viel! Wir hatten noch die Patates Lemonates, die waren auch super. Das vegane Tzatziki ist auch toll.

Read moreWe had 2 starters (Gigantes & Milletballs) and two main course (Pastizio & Lachanodolmades). All the food was delicious, flavourful and for someone who hasn’t been able to get certain Greek dishes for a long time, it was just a great experience.

Restaurant located in the busy "Scheunenviertel" area of central Berlin. Excellent service, the waiter was very friendly and spoke very good English. However, the experience of the dishes (we ordered the "Moussaka" and the "Pastizio") was unfortunately not good. The food was absolutely tasteless, with no salt or seasoning. It was probably our bad luck, as the reviews are good. I found the dishes to be very small in quantity and very expensive. All in all, unfortunately we didn't have a good experience!

Porém, a experiência dos pratos (pedimos o “Moussaka” e o “Pastizio”) infelizmente não foram boas. A comida estava absolutamente sem gosto, sem sal e sem tempero. Provavelmente foi azar nosso, já que as revisões são boas. Achei os pratos bem pequenos em quantidade e preços bem elevados. No geral, infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência!
