Really, really enjoyed it - Edit
Cozy place with a modern and clean look. Had the beetroot carpaccio as starter. Really recommend (if you like beetroot), it was pickled and had capers and a lovely sauce. Then had the Cariota Burrito, with black beans inside and a spicy sauce. If I have the chance I would come again. You can also check the menu now in English through QR code

Really enjoyed this restaurant. It has a great variety of food, including delicious desserts. The restaurant space is lovely and relaxing, the staff are friendly and the food delicious.

Great concept and interesting menu. The weird taquitos were very heavy on the kimchi and we could barely taste any mushroom. The portobello taquitos tasted better but had an excessively chewy taco shell. The vurger oyster spicy had a good filling but the bun was soggy and not toasted at all. It completely fell apart when we tried to eat it. The service staff had no idea about wine and charged us for a drink that we sent back because the bottle had clearly been open for many days. Cocktails were good.

Visited twice 😋 all plates we had were delicious. Fresh smoothies, juices, and great kombucha. This restaurant makes everything in house, including their delicious sauces. If I wasn’t so full, I would’ve definitely ordered more food to try.

A welcome respite from busy Avenida Italia outside - Edit
DSapiens is an excellent option in vegan-friendly Barrio Italia. Once you walk in from the street, go all the way to the back and you’ll find this oasis.
Read moreDropped by for a small snack and ordered the burrito durum which was plenty to share between two people. Not quite the falafel sandwich we expected or were used to having. The falafel here had a thicker and less crunchy consistency. Still good. Had sweet potato fries on the side to complete the meal. One of the few places we found in Chile that serves a jugo del dia, so make sure you round it off with one of their selections (the cucumber one is super refreshing).
The meal was bookended by marinated olives and an inspirational quote to set you back on your way. Ample seating, relaxed space, and friendly staff make this a welcome respite from busy Avenida Italia outside.

Chose this place as I had seen it on a few lists of vegan places to check out. It was very good but I felt like it didn’t fully live up to the hype - maybe there other dishes would have.
Read moreOrdered a burger - I liked the lentil and mushroom patty - nice texture and strong flavours came from the cashew based cheese and caramelised onions and gherkins - all delicious components working well together with the patty. Fresh bun. The chips were oven baked I think but a few were slightly underdone which took away from the experience slightly.
