Conozco Sapiens desde sus inicios. Soy un cliente habitual y casi un relacionador publico voluntario. Me encanta el trato que le dan a su comida, para mi los distingue la pasión con que el equipo vive lo que hace(lo reconocerán en su primera visita).

No soy vegano pero realmente no se echa de menos la carne, realmente la variedad que tienen en su Menú es increíble. 100% recomendado, tanto para veganos como también para algunos que no somos, pero que de igual forma disfrutas realmente de los sabores que se presentan en cada uno de los platos.

Es lejos el mejor restaurante vegano de Santiago. La oferta de la carta es muy variada; burritos, pizzas, vurgers, bowls, además de una repostería vegana que te lleva a una explosión de sabores. Todo esto acompañado de un tremendo equipo humano que hace de esta experiencia un momento inolvidable. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas y a ojos cerrado. Si tienen la oportunidad vayan. No se arrepentirán.

The Best Vegan Restaurant Ever - Edit
First of all, I´m not vegan, and I still think that Sapiens is an awesome vegan restaurant, i liked so much their food, i love the chick burrito, you really have to try it. I´m sure that every vegan people would love Sapiens food if they taste it. The restaurant only sales vegan food including dessert, honestly when a thought in vegan desserts I used to imagine something with no flavor, actually I never thought I would try one ever, but it happened and I love it, if you come to Chile, try Sapiens.

This is the most vegan restaurants i've known, not just because of the variaty delicious, healthy and colorfull meals there are, but for the interest of recycling, being the most kind with the planet you can be. All employees are fond of their work and the clients more than satisfied.
