Awesome vegan restaurant - Edit
Awesome place to go for eat with family or friends. The location is pretty good there in barrio Italia. The menu is fantastic in my opinion, they really put their minds on it, excellent balance between healthy and delicious food. They pay attention to every single detail and give you a great experience. 10 points for the staff and restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, no matter if is vegan or vegetarian, the food is just amazing.

This is a hidden gem in Barrio Italia and definitely worth of visit. The restaurant is beautiful and they have nice patio outside. All the staff are super friendly and they really know everything about the food that they serve. The flavors are amazing and the whole concept is well thought. All the meals and desserts you can eat here are healthy, ecological and completely vegan. I have always left this restaurant full. Sometimes I have problems to find vegan food where they don't use mushrooms as I'm not a big fan of them, but in Sapiens they have something for everyone and also our meatlover friends have enjoyed this place a lot. Go there to have a great meal or just order to home or office with ubereats. I just love it, do not miss it if you're in Santiago.

One of my favourite restaurant in Santiago - Edit
Sapiens is located in one of the nicest neighbourhood of Santiago. The restaurant itself is spacious, luminous and comfortable. The staff is super kind and passionate about their cuisine and vegan values attached to it. It was a great experience to meet them and try their cuisine. The menu is diverse, creative and healthy. We can see they care about quality and service in every details. We have tried the green smoothie, the sweet potatoes fries, the vegan pizza and Buddha balls and everything was so savoury, fresh and pretty! I could only recommend trying Sapiens and going back everyday! Vegan or not I promise you, you will love it and be positively surprised..

Fuimos a probar los burritos y estaban muy buenos. Pedimos el de lentejas y el de porotos negros, son ideales para compartir porque vienen dos trozos, nosotros los intercambiamos para comer de los dos. Los postres son buenos, pero no increíbles. Creo que su fuerte está en las preparaciones saladas. El lugar acogedor y la atención buena.

Fui a visitar Sapiens por recomendación de una amiga y la verdad es que nunca pensé que en Chile existiera un restaurant tan lindo, enfocado en la nutrición saludable (el único en Santiago que sigue los principios de la dieta Plant Based al pie de la letra) y con un servicio tan amigable.

We went there for lunch and we had 2 different bowls, natural juice, coffee nad dessert. Everything was very yummy, fresh and healthy, the portion size are just perfect. Besides, the neighborhood is super vegan friendly, you can find more spots around there.

Je suis entré par hasard dans ce restaurant vegan Barrio Italia. La décoration a l'interieur est magnifique, le personnel est adorable et surtout... la nourriture est incroyablement bonne !
Read moreLes portions sont honorables, et la nourriture proposée est complète et super saine. Ils proposent des burritos, des hamburgers ou encore des buddha bowl, contenant du topinambour, des boulettes de lentilles, du humus, de la quinoa, etc.
Ils proposent également une gamme de dessert assez variée, allant du cheesecake au SWIT (dessert contenant des fruits secs et des fruits endémiques chiliens) en passant par un brownie a base de "porotos negros"...
Comme ce n'est pas facile de trouver des restaurants vegans de qualité et offrant des bonnes portions a Santiago, je vous conseille le Sapiens : a mes yeux le meilleur de tous ceux que j'ai expérimenté a Santiago !

Out of all the vegan places I've been to, Sapiens is my most favourite out of all of them.
Read moreTo start of with, they offer a juice of the day that is always amazing. I most loved the raspberry juice - sweet and sour and delicious.
The acai bowl is also amazing - with all good toppings on it.
The burritos and burgers are also filling, and tasty, and actually really healthy!
We need a vegan café like Sapiens all over the world.
I really wish I lived in Santiago so that I could go there again.
