Es por lejos el mejor restaurante vegano que he probado, atención muy cercana y se basan en preparaciones muy saludables (incluso tienen definido sus macro nutrientes de sus platos, que nunca antes lo había visto). Viajé con un amigo vegano a Europa, comimos en varios y nada se asemeja.

This is the best vegan restaurant I have ever been to! Amazing food, great service, sweet music, the environment makes you feel at home, lots of books to go round and plenty of little hidden treasures in the tables that have stayed with me. I have to say this is one of the most original concepts I have seen while travelling, and it completely accomplishes all of it's goals. Should you be passing through the famous Barrio Italia in Santiago, swing by Sapiens and change your life!

During my one month stay in Santiago I ate here often, it was my very favorite restaurant in Chile which happens to be in my favourite part of Santiago Barrio Italia. The food was both healthy & tasty, no vegan junk food here. The dishes I preferred were the burrito, the burgers, the bowls, & the weekend brunch. The staff was very friendly & the service was great, the food heavenly! Thank you Sapiens!

Read moreEl menú es súper variado y para distintos tipos de ocasiones (desayuno, brunch, almuerzo, té). Personalmente me gustaría destacar las pizzas que son realmente exquisitas.
Además, y para quienes estén de paso por Santiago, está ubicado en un barrio muy bonito para caminar.
Cuando se lo he recomendado a mis amigos siempre he quedado bien, así que hago lo mismo con ustedes: vayan!!

Llegue a Sapiens por recomendación de unos amigos y la verdad es que fue toda una experiencia, empezando por la calidez con la que atienden los meseros. Sus mismos dueños se encargan de estar en el comedor preocupados de que todo ande a la perfección. El tiempo de espera de la comida fue muy breve teniendo en cuenta que había una gran demanda tanto en el local en si, como de pedidos para delivery. La comida estaba exquisita, muy bien presentada y todo era notoriamente fresco . El personal del salón estuvo todo el tiempo atento de que todo ande impecable. Una verdadera experiencia y sin lugar a dudas volveré pronto

Sapiens se destaca por sus grandes platos y sabores complementados. Me sorprende el gran campo de comida que existe en el mundo vegano. Este restaurante me logro mostrar todo este mundo y grandes razones que me inspiran a seguir. Lo recomiendo al 100% y no solo para comer rico, sino que para aprender y poder generar conciencia sobre el impacto ambiental. Realmente es una linda experiencia y un muy buen local.
