Raw vegan in Lausanne, finally! - Edit
I got the chance to try some of Racines' delicious food after many weeks of waiting. So far, I've had their vegetable curry (10.- CHF, which is very affordable for this city) that was perfectly creamy and crunchy and quite a few of their desserts (brownies, tiramisu, energy ball and raw pie).

This is the type of cuisine I'd like to see more of in Lausanne, one that focuses on good quality products, prepared in a way that brings out their natural taste and limits the use of salt and sugar.
They have the main restaurant a food stall on Place de la Riponne during market days (at least on Saturdays).
