I’ve been to Purezza before in London so was very excited when they opened a branch in Manchester. The food is always really good and they have a special which tends to have money donated to charity.
Read moreI’ve been a few times to this branch and had a good experience each time. It does seem to always be busy so it’s worth booking ahead.
You can’t really go wrong with any of the menu choices but I would highly recommend getting some of the dips to dip your crusts in!

The Classic Dough was really good. So was the Hemp Dough. The middle though was oily underneath and very soft. We like it a little more on the crispy side. Taste was great.

I had ‘the one with friarelli’ olives (takeaway) and the first few bites had me thinking it was great. The vegan cheese melted well and didn’t taste like coconut(!) but there was just too much of it. I couldn’t eat more than 2 pieces which is not like me. Wasn’t sure if it was a bit much or if the ‘meat’ was really filling. The more I ate the less I liked it.

Had the Margherita pizza, Cheesesteak Calzone, mayo basil dip, mayo garlic dip, the green smoothie and Purezza hells beer.

Margherita pizza came uncut, it looked and tasted great, cheese was ok - overall an A grade pizza :)
The green smoothie was smooth and rich......very healthy tasting, I loved the ingredients but I hated the taste.....also, there were chunks that kept blocking the straw hole. If you're used to drinking really healthy smoothies that tastes of cucumber (unfortunately, I hate cucumber) then you'll like this.
The Purezza beer was not for us.
I loved our waitress, she was lovely.
Loved the restaurant but the toilets are lacking in maintenance, broken toilet seats and it's also unisex.

Read moreI was baffled when I found out the whole menu was vegan. This was some of the pizza I have ever had outside of Italy! The cheese they make at their own creamery is to die for! We absolutely loved it!
The prices are great, you can get a margarita for £6!!!
We also had the best service in the whole trip here, definitely will be coming back with an even emptier tummy so it can be loaded with this delicious food!

Can't fault the meal we had, easily one of the best meals I've had since going vegan.. I had the calzone and my girlfriend had a pizza, both were absolutely stunning. Service was faultless, staff super friendly and helpful. 100% plant based also which was nice, it's fantastic not having to order from a tiny section of a menu. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
