Great vegan options - Edit
I had the rice bowl thing (cam/bun) with a couple of decent sauces and tofu and marinated mushrooms, Vietnamese salad and lotus root. Had it with sticky rice and loved it. My partner had the fried pho and she finished all of it. Great options and friendly helpful staff. Music was maybe a little too “pumping” for me, but I am old fashioned. Food and service was excellent!

Favourite Vietnamese in Manchester - Edit
Have been frequently craving Vietnamese food since moving here from Sydney and so far haven't found a better spot than Viet Soul. Good range of vegan options, fair prices and most importantly packed with flavour. Have visited twice and loved it both times. Definitely worth checking out
