Read moreYou can order pasta and pizza but also donburi style menu. I had the menu with cheese steak burger including a small salad and a miso soup. I liked everything! It tasted really good! The portion was quite big, but not too big. The dressing to the salad was very nice. Also the soy meat burger.
As a dessert I had the soy milk cheesecake. Not only was it arranged very beautiful, but it also tasted delicious! I forgot to take a picture. 😪
We arrived about 18:00 h, which is shortly after opening. And it filled very soon, all tables were occupied. I would def recommend to make a reservation!
After the dinner you are close to the shopping/tourist area.

Good variety, but overall very fake-meat-heavy dishes. Western food and Japanese food. What I had was good but not great, it would have been better with more vegetables and less fake meat. The fake cheese sauce was wonderful, though. And it’s nice to have confirmed vegan options, both western and Japanese food.

Great staff and nice decor, but poor taste - Edit
As one of the few vegan restaurants in town, and top reviews on HappyCow, I can here with a certain amount of expectation.

The soy meat was very salty to my taste, miso soup is missing seaweed, carrots don’t go well with the soup. The only think I liked was the Pink salad sauce(not the salad). I can easily tell the ice cream was homemade, because I felt that I bit into a chunk of soft sugary ice, it’s too sweet, it overwhelmed the vanilla taste and the dessert experience.
The staff were excellent, the pamphlets advocating veganism were great, but the food was just not to my taste. If you happened to dine here, I hope it suite your taste.

Good sized place, large menu - it was hard to choose! My partner went for yakiniku donburi - it had a nice savoury taste but felt a little on the small side, he also said it did not taste like donburi he'd had pre-vegan. I had the karage set which was nice but lacking in strong flavours, wish I'd opted to add vegan cheese sauce. Miso soup was more hearty than I've had elsewhere! Had a good selection of shop items including vegan marshmallows, tempeh, and curries.

Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. I had teriyaki soy pieces and rice which were lovely and my non-vegan husband had a burger. Arrive early to make sure things aren’t sold out though, I’d originally wanted a pizza but they were out of the one I wanted.

The restaurant itself is nice to sit in. They also sell prepacked vegan meat alternatives to take home and cook yourself which is great for people who have a kitchen available to them.
Read moreI had the tempeh teriyaki bowl and found it pretty bland and forgettable. Which is a shame because I really like tempeh but this dish was very delicate.
The price is fair but the portions are more light lunch sized. They offer set menus for people looking for something a bit more filling.

Very relaxed home from home kind of setting, with friendly staff. I had the loco bowl which wasn’t the best tasting thing I’ve ever had, but it was SO good to have a bowl of fresh raw salad and veggies. The burger in it was also good, and not soya meat or deep fried.

The reviews are already great for this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Delicious food, more choice than any other restaurant we’ve been to and a lovely setting with friendly, helpful staff. My meat eating husband said it was one of the best meals we’ve had so far in Japan. Would highly recommend!

Friendly staff, super tasty food, quick service. I had the soy meat karaage set meal and every part of it was perfect. I also had to try the tofu baked cheesecake which did not disappoint
