Serves fresh food all made in house including a falafel beetroot wrap, pizza and full breakfasts. Makes healthy smoothies and tea tonics and a has a salad bar. Gluten-free and take away available. Open since May 2019. Dogs very welcome. Currently open for takeaway. Open Tue-Wed 09:00-15:30, Thu 09:00-15:00, Fri 09:00-15:30, Sat 09:00-16:00.

Amazing vegan cafe in Teignmouth - Edit
I would highly recommend a visit to Nourish. The location, being just a few minutes from the sea front, is very convenient. The cafe, with its hanging plants, pictures and cushions, is really cosy. The staff are welcoming, and the food is well presented and very tasty. We ordered pizza and bruschetta, which both came with salad, and a cookie and energy ball to take home.

A new vegan cafe in Teignmouth which we tried last week. A good lunch with cake to finish and excellent coffee. The staff were very friendly and the whole experience was very pleasant. Well worth a try if in the area.

Lovely new vegan cafe - Edit
Nourish is a new vegan cafe in the centre of Teignmouth, in a good position near to the seafront. The menu has a good variety of breakfast and lunch options, and the ones we had were tasty and excellent. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful, and the decor tasteful, making a lovely atmosphere. It is quite small, but has a couple of tables outside for good weather. Well worth sampling for anyone in or visiting the area.
