Such tasty, wholesome, plant based food. - Edit
We bought takeaway food as the restaurant was full and we were soaked from a wet hike with our dogs!
Read moreSuch a luxury to be able to choose anything from the menu.
We had 2 vegan bean rolls (like sausage rolls) a piece of lime and coconut cake and 2 large bowls of goodies: Nourish bowl and Maze. 2 good Americano coffees with hot oat milk.
Pros: All of the food, Friendly staff, Dog friendly
Cons: Busy (brilliant but would advise to book)

Cute lil vegan cafe perfect for brunch - Edit
We had the pancakes and full cooked breakfast and both were delicious. The cooked breakfast was lovely and homemade with tasty smokey and saucy beans, crispy hasselback potatoes, buttery toast, a fresh mix of mushrooms and spinach, plus a sausage and beefy tomato. As for the pancakes, again they were delicious, with a lovely soft and fluffly texture and flavourful toppings of mixed berries and seeds. Both these dishes are highly recommended! The only drawback is its quite small with a few tables so booking may be a good option to avoid disappointment as we were lucky to grab a table!

Wonderful Little Spot - Edit
We really enjoyed our brunch here. The pancakes were super fluffy and tasty. I wouldn't normally buy toast and jam from a cafe but something gave me a good feeling about it and it was superb!

Intimate vegan restaurant with wholesome delicious food (Best place in Teignmouth!) - Edit
Amazing tiny cafe!! The food is absolutely divine.
Read moreThey have a selection of freshly made salads which are beautiful and come with most options on the menu (and are always being changed up). There is a great range of options on the menu and everything we’ve got has been utterly delicious! (Toasties, wraps, pasty, cakes and coffees). My Mum isn’t a veggie or vegan but absolutely loved the food too. Note it’s a very popular place and the salads do run out by the end of the day.
It’s a very small cafe so you’re lucky to get seats inside but it’s well worth the wait or you can get takeaway. You can also book ahead as many locals do.
The only downside is the toilet is in a cold stone building at the back so you have to go outside to access it. This would be fine except there is no baby changing station so I had to change baby on my own travel mat on the floor. Other than this the place is perfect!
Wheelchair access would be challenging to the toilet (through a gate).
Pros: Delicious wholesome beautiful food, Good prices , All vegan menu - and it’s all divine!
Cons: Toilet is only accessible by going outside , No baby change facilities

Delicious wholefood - Edit
Tiny vegan cafe, best to book ahead. You know the food is good when you find yourself admiring fellow diners' food choices as much as your own. I chose the pulled jackfruit filled tacos, which were served hot and had a fruity taste. The salad that came with them was fresh, varied and very tasty. Next time I'll visit a bit earlier to try the full breakfast which looked great.

Tastiest salad and lovely food - Edit
Had a lovely lunch here on a cold November day while on holiday. I had a curried chickpea toastie and also finished off my partner’s mac n cheese. The side salad was easily the tastiest I’ve had in a while. Smoothie was great too. Also had to takeout some delicious samosas, enjoyed as a lunchtime treat on our walk the next day. Definitely worth a visit

Nourish - Edit
Small cafe a stones throw from the beach. We popped in for a takeaway lunch, although there were seats available inside and outside on the pavement. On arrival I realised I had been here before a few years ago when they were open in the evenings. My companion went for a mozzarella and pesto toastie and myself the soul bowl. We were told it’d be about ten minutes so we had a wander around the town whilst waiting. Food was ready when we arrived back and was very fresh. We took it down to the lovely beach to enjoy. My companion wasn’t a big fan of her toastie, feeling that the flavours didn’t quite work and the bread was quite hard. I however loved my soul bowl which had four of the daily salads, houmous and beetroot houmous, massaged kale, broccoli, tofu and a delicious satay sauce. Cafe is dog friendly. Paid parking available nearby.

We had a wonderful and very filling lunch here. It’s a very small place with 4 indoor and 2 outdoor tables. We had the nourish(?) bowls with some flatbread (didn’t get a photo) on the side and would readily order again!

I really recommend Nourish and if you’re in the area you should definitely go there. The food is seriously delicious and there’s plenty of choice. I forgot to take photos but had the soup of the day and beetroot chocolate cake and honestly, I could eat that soup every day it was that good! The welcome I got was so warm and friendly, it makes such a difference and I loved this place. Can’t wait to go back already! Thank you 🤩

Cosy café - Edit
Popped in for a hot drink on a freezing day. I had a delicious hot chocolate with oat milk, my partner a decaf coffee which she also said was good. Friendly service, snug cosy cafe. Will definitely go there next time I'm in Teignmouth and maybe try their food. They had some nice looking cakes - sadly I had to forego any sweet treats as I've just had a tooth out 😄 .
