Open since May 2019. Dogs very welcome. Currently open for takeaway. Open Tue-Wed 09:00-15:30, Thu 09:00-15:00, Fri 09:00-15:30, Sat 09:00-16:00.

Lovely warm falafel wrap with salad. They also have really good vegan breakfasts. The coffee is good and there are plenty of options. It is a small place so go in plenty of time or reserve a table.

Wonderful food and service. Delicious. Lovely atmosphere / space as well. Quite a small menu choice but obviously a lot of thought had gone into the meals. We had the mozzarella toastie and mushrooms and spinach on toast, followed by coffee cake.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place before! I’ve eaten at nourish several times now and told everyone I know about it. The food is delicious! Whether it’s the toasties, wraps, homemade quiches or amazing salads it all tastes incredible. The ingredients are so fresh. The cakes and sweets are also fantastic.
Read moreThe cafe itself is really cute and well decorated and the owner is so friendly and clearly cares about veganism and providing high quality food. It’s also very reasonably priced.
The zen tea is also my favourite brew to have out and about ever. I have been meaning to replicate it at home for ages now!
Pay a visit , you won’t regret it.

Such a welcoming atmosphere in this small cafe which has a bright but cosy decor. The owner was lovely and helpful. The menu itself is imaginative and the food homely and freshly made with specials also available such as soup and salads. I definitely recommend the warm falafel wrap but looking around the cafe made me envious, as all the other choices looked delicious. We also had a cake to take away which was amazing. The only con is that I don’t live nearby. Can’t wait to go back and try the breakfast menu!

I went here with two non vegan friends and they were really impressed. The food was absolutely delicious and as another reviewer has commented, great attention is paid to flavours so a simple dish becomes a really tasty eating experience. I had the refried beans wrap and the touch of lime and coriander were delicious, the side salad had also been thought through and prepared with equal love and attention. Highly recommended!

Came here with three omnivores and we all came straight back the following day. Kevin, Lucy and Tobias were lovely about everything (special requests, indecision, wanting to know all the details of all the dishes, staying past opening hours over our food), and the atmosphere was lovely but OMG the FOOD. It's corny as hell but I'm going to say it anyway: every ingredient is obviously selected and prepared with love. Simple items like "side salad" are made with great care and forethought - ingredients are fresh, good quality and seasonal where possible, but more than that, tastes are balanced and even delicate, fragile items are coaxed into giving their best and even a toastie turns into a gastronomic experience. Paying only the price they're asking I honestly felt I was doing them a bad deal. I can't recommend this place enough.

my first time in teignmouth, and we stumbled across this place- absolutely delicious food, I had bruschetta topped with a broad bean and mint spread, served with salad. my mum had the soup of the day which was ginger, turmeric and lentil, and my friend had the soul bowl - both of which were amazing as well!! definitely will be back here!

Had a lovely Sunday morning walk on the beach and then a bit of brunch at Nourish. First time trying and will definitely be returning. Great friendly service and lovely food. I asked if I could just have part of the full breakfast and this was no trouble at all. My friend had the refried bean wrap and thought it was lovely. A great addition to Teignmouth!

unfortunately to top this off, the lady who served us was abrupt and miserable. sadly won’t be visiting again.

My husband & I stumbled on this terrific little gem of a café on fathers day whilst on holiday in Devon.
Read moreIt looked very cosy and attractive indoors and as it was pouring with rain we were delighted that they welcomed our small dog inside.
We only had a coffee each, because we had already had a filling breakfast in our B&B a few hours earlier, however the cakes on display looked sumptuous.
The hot food that was being served looked utterly delicious and if I ever visited this town again this would certainly be on my list of fantastic eateries to re-visit.
Pros: Dog friendly,, Fabulous food beverages and cakes, Terrific friendly efficient staff.
Cons: Not many tables inside to accommodate diners, Toilet is outside, accessed by leaving cafe door
