Great atmosphere, lots of space to sit inside. Very good service! Love that everything is vegan (and gluten free). For lunch we had the spaghetti with tomato sauce, olives, capers and basil cream, and the onigiri sandwich. The spaghetti had a good taste. Too bad the onigiri sandwich was cold and the seaweed was not fresh/crispy, I could taste that it was prepared earlier and had been sitting in the fridge.

Read moreOur menu is hosted on a website so that our customers can see the videos of the preparation and presentation of the dishes. We do this as our creative vegan dishes are not always immediately understood from the description. Non vegan clients often struggle with understanding our concepts.
We don't expect people to order through it though. Our waiters will just take orders in the traditional way, just like they will help you make choices or explain dishes.
We will see if we can communicate this in a better way.

I have been here once before and the food was delicious. This time I wanted to get something different from last time and I was so impressed again.
I got the Nigiri appetizer and then for my meal I got the Papa del Monte. For drinks I got agua con gas and a piña del sol.
The Nigiri was savory and salty with soy sauce to dip it in. I loved the crunchy fried onions on top. One of the Nigiri has a bacon flavor and the other was more Earthy. I liked them both a lot. I usually hate bacon flavor. I never liked it even when I ate meat, but this was really good and I would eat it again.
The Papa del Monte was smokey and filling. It is smothered in lentils that give the baked potato a nice sauce. It was very filling and satisfying. I really enjoyed the flavors because it reminds me of barbeque. Absolutely delicious.
The sparkling water was perfect and felt homemade. I really liked that they gave me a slice of lime in it as well. Very refreshing drink.
And the piña del sol was perfect too. It was a mix of creamy pineapple and spicy ginger. It tasted like being on a tropical vacation. It is sweet and delicious.
I decided to get dessert. I got the carrot cake. This is the only thing I wouldn't get again. It has a strong citrus flavor. The texture is very health-food no-bake raw and is not pleasant. It took me a while to finish the cake. It's not super sweet and that's good. The flavors are bold, but I didn't really enjoy the cake.
I recommend coming here and getting a perfect meal. But maybe skip dessert.

Stayed in Malaga for 4 nights, came to Mimos twice. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely. The dishes were really inventive and a total flavour bomb. My friend who isn’t vegan joined me and couldn’t believe how tasty the food was.

For dessert we had the carrot cake, which was somewhat disappointing, but ok.

4.5 stars - beautifully plated, complex, not mainstream food, which is rare for a vegan rest. But not everything was very tasty. The burger - I wouldnt call it a burger, because the taste is very different and not for the better. The Saffran foam in the rice dish tastes like soap. But the potatoes with mushrooms was good and also the other potato dish. And the pink dip that comes with the burger was divine!

I really like this restaurant. It caters to a variety of diet choices, as it is gluten free and it has raw vegan dishes too. It’s probably the healthiest option within the Malaga vegan restaurant scene. You have to try the Bao. It’s worth to go out of your way to eat here.

The nigiri sushi with mushrooms was one of the best bites I have had in Malaga! Our server recommended the Papas de Bosque with portobello mushroom skewer and they were delicious. The mushroom bao bun was good too! We enjoyed everything we ate! The brownie and ice cream were okay.

As the previous comment states, the restaurant is quite spacious, especially in comparison to most of the restaurants in the old town, which is nice. The waitress was attentive and they have wifi and an online menu per qr code on which you can see videos of how each dish is prepared, which I think is awesome and really helps you decide what you're in the mood for. I like how creative and beautifully set up their food is.
Read moreI had the tapa version of the papas Del bosque which was so delicious. This dish definitely deserves five stars and I recommend it. The cashew dip was so so good and fit perfectly with the toasted peanuts and potatos. I could eat that again and again.
I also had the burrito verde, it was good but the taste didn't blow me away. They have quite a selection but the rest of the menu didn't entice me much.
Update: went again, had a mocktail that I sadly don't remember the name of which was really good. Also had the bigger version of the papas del bosque, the mushrooms were a bit too salty this time.

Friendly vegan restaurant serves some raw dishes - Edit
Very pleasant, clean and spacious restaurant, with helpful staff, not too crowded at 9pm on a Tuesday evening in March. Very convenient for most of the hotels which are situated in this part of town 5-10 minute walk. I had a raw burrito and banoffee pie which was rather cold.

The Best Vegan Restaurant in Malaga - Edit
It’s a little on the periphery of the old town but it’s well worth a visit. It’s quite a spacious restaurant too, not like many of the cramped restaurants in the tourist areas. And the staff’s command of English is excellent. The main attraction of this restaurant is taste. Everything is freshly prepared and sourced locally from a family farm, we were informed. So no processed food. For starters we had two Papa Del Bosque Tapas, and for mains we had one Burrito Verde and one Ensalada. All were delicious. The burrito was wrapped in a cabbage leaf. For dessert we had a Tarta de Manzana and a Raw Cake. Good pricing. Excellent service.
