Place is open till 11pm but you can order food only till 10pm (even if you are already eating your starter) they turn away customers at 9.50 pm…
Read moreApril 2025- both of us had burgers that come with wedges and there is literally 6 of them. Burger is ok nothing special, but for €20 rather overpriced . My 3rd and last time here
March 2025 - I had delicious food previously so decided to visit again. My plan until now was to try everything off the menu. Unfortunately I feel like I wasted €30 on something absolutely mediocre. Starter- glazed cauliflower was very greasy and you could only taste this sweet coating. Main- lobster : again really greasy , lobster just soaked in oil, tiny portion of a started size, not even carb added , just this tasteless greasy throughout lobster , dip (not nice) and some salad. No dessert this time as we just wanted to leave the place. I left it hungry.
February 2025:
Delicious and beautifully presented food. On the expensive side but you get what you pay for. I had salmon and my (fussy) non vegan friend had a burger. Cocktails are ok. Delicious mochi & ice cream. There is a new menu as of February 2025

A gem in Malaga! - Edit
Some of the best food we have ever had. Pricier than others in the area, but much cheaper than for equivalent level of food in USA. Worth every penny!

Very small restaurant which is popular with tourists and locals - Edit
The food at Meet Vegano was excellent. We shared BBQ corn ribs with roast peanut, jalapeno and ciltrano sauce. I had the beer battered marinated palm hearts (pink to resemble lobster) with dill pickle coleslaw pickled radish and tzatziki it was delicious. For dessert the fresh mochi pistachio affogato bowl with walnut and coconut expresso.

We must have hit an off night. Service was slow at the beginning. Our food order was taken 30 minutes after we arrived. Our drink order took about 35 minutes to be delivered. After our order was taken, food came out a reasonable time.
Read moreLots of fried food options. We opted for the Tartare; which was fabulous. I’m not sure I have ever had anything else that even remotely resembled all the flavors. The meet sandwich was good and messy. The dumplings seemed under cooked for me, but I’m finding that a trend in Malaga.
Lunch visit was a great. I think making cocktails bogs them down, and not as many cocktail orders at lunch.
The BBQ Corn Ribs were awesome, and the Sea Tomato Tartare is still one of my Malaga favorites. The Beer Battered Palm Lobster was delicious. Really creative and memorable dishes! Lunch visit changed my rating to higher.

the atmosphere is good and the waitresses were kind.
Read moreWe had the crispy rosemary olives, bbq corn ribs, gochujang yuzu cauliflower wings with kimchi mayo and the salm'n broccolini bowl.
The cauliflower wings were really good, great consistency, could have been a bit more spicy but nontheless delicious and I liked the kimchi mayo a lot. The bbq corn ribs were good as well though they are rather messy to eat and I'd say they aren't worth the price of 10€.
Now the crispy olives and the salm'n though...MINDBLOWING. Both of these I really recommend. The olive dish was so creative, really unique flavours and I loved the parmesan. The salm'n blew my mind even more, such delicious flavours I can't even describe them, amazing consistency— it melted in my mouth, and they even managed to recreate the crust. The potatos and mozarella were so good too, I wish I could eat this many more times. Probably my favorite at this place!
I also tried the spicy grapefruit magerita, which sadly wasn't my taste but was beautifully set up, and we wanted the lotus cheesecake but they sadly were out of it, but told us this rarely happens and it will be back the next day so I guess we will have to return to try it out.
Overall a really good experience, though pricey, but worthy for a rare treat.
UPDATE: We went again around lunch time and had the meet sandwich and brunch omelette buns, as well as the lotus cheese cake.
The meet sandwich is super delicious, especially thanks to the sundried tomatos and kimchi mayo. I found the consistency of the tofu incredible as well. The brunch omelette buns, which you can only order when you're there around lunch time, were good but didn't stand out much in flavour despite the many ingredients, the omelette didn't wow me. I think the best part of it was the almond ricotta, they are very talented at creating good dips/sauces! The lotus cheese cake was amazing, very sweet so be prepared for that, but the cheese part of the cake is so incredible! Very soft and tasty.
Overall, the rosemary olives and salm'n bowl continue to be my highlight of this restaurant though!

Gorgeous food and really welcoming lovely atmosphere. I went with non vegan friends who were a bit sceptical but they were also completely wowed - and described me as being like a kid in a sweet shop.

Small cozy restaurant with delicious food. We tried the cauliflower wings, the deep fried olives, the meet sandwich, and the "lobster". We especially liked the olives and the crispy tofu on the meet sandwich. Make a reservation or be prepared to come back later.

You'd struggle to find it accidentally, but it's a lovely.little place. Reservations a good idea as it gets hust and doesn't have a lot of seating. Seating is inside only, a bar and a toilet available. Menu available in English and Spanish

Creative & Indulgent Vegan Comfort - Edit
Meet Vegano in Málaga offers an intimate dining experience with warm lighting and a cosy atmosphere, perfect for an unhurried meal. The service was friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed ambiance.
Read moreTo start, I had the Gochujang Yuzu Cauliflower Wings, which arrived in a generous portion. The batter was delightfully crisp, encasing large, well-cooked pieces of cauliflower. The gochujang and yuzu sweet chilli sauce was flavourful, though I wouldn’t have minded a bit more heat. The accompanying pickled cucumber added a pleasant contrast.
For the main, I went with The Holy Burger, a decadent creation featuring a crunchy "Camembert" style patty, oyster mushroom "duck," and vegan "bacon," all topped with truffle mayo, pineapple cranberry chipotle sauce, and fresh toppings in a brioche bun.
While undeniably rich and indulgent, a touch more acidity could have balanced the flavours. The Camembert-style patty was a standout, and my choice of wasabi mayo as a dip worked well. The potato wedges were a solid side.
I paired my meal with a tap beer—no dessert this time.
Pricing leans towards the higher side, with the burger at €22, but given the creativity and portion sizes, it felt reasonable rather than excessive.
Pros: Generous portion , Warm, intimate atmosphere with friendly service, Excellent plant-based cheese alternative
Cons: Some dishes could use a bit more acidity for balan

Vegan lunch in Malaga - Edit
Enjoyed a vegan lunch here. Staff were friendly and service was not slow as other reviews mentioned. Food was good and simply presented. It was overpriced however, be prepared for that before you go. It was disappointing to see the use of plastic plants in the decor, it is so easy and much more ethical to use living plants.

Holds what it promises. We were lucky to get a table as we had no reservation. Fast & friendly service. Vegan only variety of specific dishes. I had the truffle dumplings & my husband the salmon main dish. We drank the house lemonade & Mr healthy drink to it. We loved both of the main dishes as well as the combination with the drinks. Highly recommended!!

Yes 100% vegan! But unfortunately not tasty. We had a burger and a ‘salmon’. Both tastes the same. Both fatty and industrial. Fries were cold. Small restaurant. When you are unlucky you can sit next to the toilet feeling the cold wind from outside. Will not go again.

Dimmed lights and plant-based foods - Edit
In the old town of Málaga, where vegan places are scarce, liquid alchemy meets culinary illusion. Cocktails arrive like whispers of forgotten botanicals—bold, unexpected, and dangerously smoky. Plates appear in a blink, as if the kitchen bends time itself. The staff? Guardians of the green gospel, ever watchful, ever ready. No names, no signs—just flavors that linger like riddles on the tongue. If you know, you know.
