Amazing flavours - Edit
Love this cute little place. Their flavours are so distinct and different. I would definetly recommend a visit. But since the place is quite small make sure to make a reservation. And be aware of the quite expensive prices but (in my opinion) totally worth it.

The service was friendly; but the place is not big, so reservations are highly recommended!

this place is super authentic, and what a treat that the whole menu is vegan. I cannot wait to try the entire menu at a later date. for this time, I got the porcini mushrooms starter and the mapo tofu. it filled me up so well - they are big portions! I went alone this time but I saw quite a few people eating as groups and ordering multiple dishes to share. the place is quite small, so I had to wait about 15 min for a table - no problem, I just went on a little walk outside and then came back. it was well worth the wait. I will for sure be coming back here!!!

Extremely diligent staff but quite expensive - Edit
A friend and I split two dishes and an appetizer, which was our favorite: a little dish of kombu and smoked tofu. My friend loved that there was nothing she was allergic to on the menu (no chicken or shellfish, but also no MSG). The waiter was extremely friendly and diligent, refilling our water constantly and bringing things quickly, and I liked that he kept doing that even long after we had finished our food—it felt like a very welcoming and calm space. However I must note that it was quite expensive, especially on my Spanish budget! It may not seem so expensive to northern European people. In any case, I think it is definitely worth a visit.

Amazing restaurant! Creative and innovative. Super good, yummy vegan food!! Loved every bit of it. Only problem we had was the naked walls and how all noise bounced around like crazy. If they invested in some noise /sound proofing, it would make a huge difference for the comfort of their guests! But over all we loved it!

Great Asian food! - Edit
It has lots of tasty options in the menu that you and your company can share. Its a very cozy little restaurant but because there is so small in there makes it hard to eat there spontaneously. You have to book a table to be sure that this place is going to be serving your dinner. Otherwise its really good quality and great taste!

Amazing restaurant! Has a great range of dishes with tofu and soy meat. Great selection of tea too. The food was fresh, tasty and had no MSG. Staff are really friendly and helpful. It is a very small restaurant so might be worth booking in advance.

Strictly vegetarian Sichuan kitchen also supervised by the Stockholm Jewish community. The cooking style is clean, original with lots of vegan options. The Ma La Hou Tou Gu sliced hedge hog mushroom starter is excellent as is the Ma Po Dou Fu (spicy Sichuan tofu dish).

Gorgeous, imaginative flavours and ingredients. A must visit if in Stockholm. All vegetables are chopped/spices are crushed on demand as the orders come in, and it really shows in the freshness of the food. While it is on the more expensive side I never feel that Lao Wai is bad value for money.
