La cucina dei colori è stato il nostro punto di riferimento vegano dove poter mangiare fuori a Catania. Tutto quello che abbiamo provato durante il nostro soggiorno era veramente buonissimo (dolci compresi): siamo andati via sempre a pancia piena e completamente soddisfatti. A pranzo si mangia a buffet e la sera à la carte. Lo staff è simpatico e gentilissimo. Se torneremo a Catania, torneremo sicuramente a mangiare qui!

The restaurant is located in a hidden little street and most of the menu is vegan and 2/3 GF. The staff was super nice and the selection of bio organic drinks and wines is amazing. Most of the food is tasty but for someone who likes more saucy or spicy food it may taste a little bit plain. For us it was heaven since we were looking for healthy food options after having plain pizza and bruschetta for 2 days. The chocolate cake was simply amazing!!!! Absolutely must try!!!

The portion wasn‘t very big and the food was cold. Wouldn‘t recommend the seitan cotelette since it was very chewy. Also, some things could have needed some sauce (very dry).

The food was fresh and ok, but served cold. Very small portions. Staff was not friendly at all. Lady had a problem to repeat which are vegan which vegetarian food. I felt there not welcomed. They added 2€ for service, that was a suprise - there was no information on the menu. Not recommending this place to visit.

good healthy vegan options if you are looking for something other than pasta and pizza. if you want to sit outside you need to make a reservation. note: it says they open at 5:30 on google and their website but they open at 7:30pm!

I recommend this vegetarian restaurant, I ate there twice in my 2 days visit of Catania because the food is fresh and gluten-free for most of the dishes.

If you are strictly vegan you might have less options because some dishes were dairy based. This is a buffet where you can choose 2 3 4 or more dishes out of ten.

The "Mixed Dish" option is a great way to choose a number of different menu items. Most are vegan, including the desserts. We tried broccoli, pumpkin, chichi fritters, black rice, millet croquettes.

Ristorante vegetariano con molte scelte vegane. Ogni giorno il menù cambia e si basa su prodotti freschi di stagione preparati sapientemente. Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente. Ha due lunghi tavoli sociali e serve acqua del rubinetto in bottiglie di vetro. La cucina è a vista. La qualità dei piatti è davvero molto buona e le porzioni sono abbondanti. Il prezzo per un piatto con 4 pietanze diverse e un dolce si aggira sui 22 euro a persona.

We took place at the end of one of the two co-seating long tables allowing ourselves a nice view in the open kitchen. They have a daily changing menu of primi, secundi and dolci (dessert). During our visit most of the secundi contained cheese, but we could still make a nice vegan selection from the primi and some secundi. You can order a mixed platter to try 2, 3 or 4 dishes in one plate. We made combo's including pumkin, drunken cauliflower and black rice, which all were very tasty. It was great to have so many vegetables on our plate, however all dishes were not warmed enough which compromised the taste.

A busy restaurant in the heart of the city. Ready made food, all vegetarian and mostly vegan, traditional dishes. Vegan lasagne, caponata, roasted vegetables, chickpea fritters, arancini, and various desserts. Private and communal tables. Food was absolutely amazing.

Probably some of the best food I've had in Italy, definitely recommend. I chose the menu option of picking 3 dishes. Delicious and filling, and only a few non-vegan options, all clearly labelled. Free water included. And it's located in a nice area!

You can choose between two (10€) and four (14€) different dishes which will be served together on one plate but you can also order every dish separately for around 5€ each. Not every dish is served hot, some are lukewarm, but so tasty!

Plate of 3 options for €12. Decent sized plate. Only one vegetarian option and the rest vegan. Cous cous was amazing, seitan was also very tasty. Bf loved the red rice dish & the broccoli. Good to find healthier food!

spot located close to Via Etnea but in quiet street. you can choose many vegan positions some of them are also gluten free; I myself will back there during my next vist in Catania
