I almost missed this 5/5 Ramen experience because my Filter was set to vegan restaurants only. How foolish, as this was actually the best ramen I had in Japan (and super cheap, 1300 yen or so).

Excellent vegan ramen options. Cue up and order on a screen, wait in line and then sit and grab your order when it’s ready. Casual but fast and delicious. Basement of Parco mall.

We had the vegan tantamen ramen and the vegan spicy miso ramen and they were both fantastic. If it were a competition the tantamen just about wins.

A few options for ramen including a dry option. Not that spicy which was awesome. Staff were great and got our meal really quick. You pay for your meal on a self serve kiosk whilst you're waiting in line. There was a pretty big line for us that went around the side of the shop which took around 30 minutes.

They have a few vegan options like miso ramen, spicy miso ramen, . You can always do it vegetarian when you put an add-on to your dish like an egg etc.

Great food! Arrived about 6:15 pm and stood in line 30 min, you order and pay in line from a machine, then wait for server to show you when seats are avail. Once seated the server brings you the drinks you ordered, and you wait to pick up your food from the kitchen once your order number is called.
Read moreThey had 4 vegan ramen options, miso broth (spicy or not) and tantanmen (with broth or not). We got the non-spicy miso ramen and the tantanmen with broth. Both were very savory and filing! Would come again. The line got way longer around the corner of the shop as we left.

Reasonably priced, delicious ramen. They had 4 options, miso, two spicy ones and then a dry ramen. Wait times can be long depending on what time you go (we went at 8pm on a Wednesday and was not seated until 8:40pm as it was busy and there is not much seating) but was worth the wait!

Found in the basement food court of Parco. Pay at the machine to get a ticket and then wait to be seated. There were two vegan options and both were very good. I wish they had more options, but if you want good ramen in Shibuya, this is a great place to go.

Found myself here somehow and needed to eat. I actually came here for some other vegan restaurant located in this underground food court but it seemed to be full. In fact, when you descend to the court via escalator, there is a nice sign showing you the vegan/vegetarian options.

This restaurant is not fully vegan but it has 4 or 5 different options that I will want to go back and try.
Read moreI had the spicy miso ramen and I think ti was one the best I ever had in my life. Spicy but not to make you cry and very tasty!
The restaurant is at floor -1 of the Parco mall. You will have to order at the electronic cashier and the wait to be seated (there might be some wait during peak hours).
Once seated keep an eye on the monitor as your number will be called when ready.
Pros: Food, Kindness of staff, Vegan variety while being a non vegan restaurant
Cons: The wait can be long.

Tried the ramen here and it was good — flavorful, rich broth and great texture. Nice spot if you’re near Shibuya Crossing and craving a warm bowl of ramen with clearly marked vegan options.

I had the not spicy miso Ramen which I really liked (considering that I'm sometimes no big fan of miso). There was a queue when we arrived but it moved pretty fast. On the downside it is really busy when you are sitting on the bar-side of the restaurant. Also there was a video on the screen showing (in detail) how a chicken and pork broth is made...
