Buyers be aware! - Edit
Food is pay by weight, very expensive and they don’t let you choose the quantity of what you want on your plate. They decide how much they put on because they plate it for you. I also believe I was charged for the weight of the plate? Which was quite heavy. Not a lot of food and it costed 20 euro. I saw them zeroing it out the scales before putting my plate in and not removing the plate weight.
Read moreFood isn’t amazing, more like canteen food as others mentioned. Service is terrible, not friendly at all. There was a young lad that was being quite rude even though the restaurant was empty. No protein sources other than lentils and maybe a soy ragu if any of the dishes required it, so very carb heavy.
We also had 2 desserts that tasted like supermarket frozen desserts and were charged 6.5 euro per small slice. Again, nothing special.
The price was disgusting. In total, it came to almost 60 euro, no drinks, no pure food choice in the quantity, selection of food very dry and bland. Nothing special. I regret visiting as I had eaten a lot better for a lot less during the trip, so it felt like a waste of money for poor food and unfriendly service.
Update: a few hours after eating here. I got the worst case of food poisoning ever. Throwing up every 1 hour or so for almost a full day. My partner also got sick. It ruined the last days of our trip as we couldn’t do anything else other than lay at the hotel and try our best to survive as I couldn’t even keep liquids down.

Simple and delicious - Edit
This was a basic but good vegan option in Verona, and a strong option for GF folks. Wouldn't say it's the most exciting vegan food I've ever had but tasty and delicious and that's no small thing in a city not renowned for vegan options - hearty and filling.

I liked the candles on the tables and the cool vibes. It's fantastic to have a vegan restaurant right near Piazza Bra. The server was very kind and helpful to us English speakers. Chocolate torte was the best!!!

Vegan and gluten free! - Edit
A great find in Verona! We selected from the buffet and all the food was vegan and gluten free (and delicious!). Our plates were weighed when we had chosen what we wanted and we paid by weight. Also, very tasty desserts to choose from.

Unfortunately not great - Edit
A dingy restaurant, the dining room has no charm, poor lighting and no air conditioning. Felt like being in a school canteen. The buffet was stale and dry with strange options that did not look appetising.

Don’t use the lunch buffet! - Edit
The food was very dry and tasteless. A real disappointment after reading some of the reviews. Perhaps the a la carte is better - definitely looks better on the pictures.

Buffet is super expensive! - Edit
The buffet is 2,6€/100g (if I remember correctly) but because you can't take the food yourself you have no control over how much they put on your plate. I asked for a little bit of hummus and they put 1,5dl on my plate 🤦🏼♀️ My lunch was 20€, without bread or water. I left feeling a bit hungry and a whole lot poorer 😅 The food is good, but I don't think I will be going back there to eat.

Personale gentilissimo, attento ed inclusivo, locale accessibile, cibo buonissimo e sano, porzioni molto generose - Edit
Proprietari gentilissimi così come i dipendenti, cibo buonissimo e salutare.

Ristorante dall'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante, molto vicino all'arena di Verona.

Enjoyable but mixed - Edit
We enjoyed our dinner here. The food quality seemed mixed. We had cheese ravioli (a bit samey and too oily for me, but tasty), parmagiana (delicious, the aubergine was tender and baked with potato pieces and soya mince), buckwheat crepes (tasty potato and chick pea and a good sauce), asparagus with scrambled tofu (the asparagus was a bit bitter and the scrambled tofu, which was baked, was a bit too salty, but overall had good flavours).

Average food, but great community - Edit
To start, I only experienced the lunch buffet. If I were rating this spot on food taste alone, my rating would be around 3-3.5 stars as buffet style might just not be for me. The food we got was a little cold by the time we sat down, and the flavors of each thing we tried didn't always hit the mark. The pay-by-weight for the buffet also worked a bit against us I think as it felt a little expensive. The plates of food we got were very filling, though, and could fuel a full day of sightseeing in Verona on foot.
Read moreMy rating bumped up to 4 stars in my mind as the sheer amount of things you can try is varied and exciting, everything is also gluten-free so my husband with Celiac could eat comfortably (and get his favorite gluten free beer), and the staff were welcoming and very kind.
The rating further bumps up to 5 stars, as this restaurant seems to have a great community of people. The restaurant often hosts vegan events and meetups, which I wish we could have attended if our trip was longer. That is something that is worth protecting and promoting, in my opinion.
Pros: Wide range of foods available to try, Filling and nutritious options , Great sense of community
Cons: Pricey for lunch, Taste was only average

The food was very interesting - unique, creative, made with skill. And nice to get modern Italian dishes.

The ambience of the restaurant is a bit odd. The service seemed like fine dining but the way it was decorated felt cheap.

Delicious food - Edit
We travelled from Venice to visit Verona mainly for the food and we were not disappointed. There was so much choice in the buffet and every dish looked delicious so it was hard to choose. There are hot and cold dishes. I have a sprout and onion in tomato and coconut sauce, a spinach torte and a vegetable kebab, followed by pear torte. Everything was really yummy and there's so much choice you could go every day!
