Average food, but great community - Edit
To start, I only experienced the lunch buffet. If I were rating this spot on food taste alone, my rating would be around 3-3.5 stars as buffet style might just not be for me. The food we got was a little cold by the time we sat down, and the flavors of each thing we tried didn't always hit the mark. The pay-by-weight for the buffet also worked a bit against us I think as it felt a little expensive. The plates of food we got were very filling, though, and could fuel a full day of sightseeing in Verona on foot.
Read moreMy rating bumped up to 4 stars in my mind as the sheer amount of things you can try is varied and exciting, everything is also gluten-free so my husband with Celiac could eat comfortably (and get his favorite gluten free beer), and the staff were welcoming and very kind.
The rating further bumps up to 5 stars, as this restaurant seems to have a great community of people. The restaurant often hosts vegan events and meetups, which I wish we could have attended if our trip was longer. That is something that is worth protecting and promoting, in my opinion.
Pros: Wide range of foods available to try, Filling and nutritious options , Great sense of community

The food was very interesting - unique, creative, made with skill. And nice to get modern Italian dishes.

The ambience of the restaurant is a bit odd. The service seemed like fine dining but the way it was decorated felt cheap.

We ate there for lunch, had two normal size plates (see photos) and it tasted great !

We travelled from Venice to visit Verona mainly for the food and we were not disappointed. There was so much choice in the buffet and every dish looked delicious so it was hard to choose. There are hot and cold dishes. I have a sprout and onion in tomato and coconut sauce, a spinach torte and a vegetable kebab, followed by pear torte. Everything was really yummy and there's so much choice you could go every day!

The only difficulty is to choose from that huge variety of choices on both the cold and warm buffet!
We had a feeling of belonging to the place and will definitely come back with our two dogs who also liked it 😜

We've been to this place last week. The food was good and the overall setting was alright. Also, it's awesome all the food is gluten free as well, which makes the place more inclusive. I also like the concept that the food is weighed and you actually pay for what you eat. Also, everything was available without stairs.

Not only that this is basically NS([censored])-hatespeech, it also strengthens antisemitic stereotypes , which, especially in our current political situation with far right-wing powers rising again, is highly problematic.
We were sincerely shocked and expect clear positioning against anti-semitism and hatred based ideologies. Being anti-speciesist while being racist is a fundamental contradiction.

We had lunch here today, fantastic choice of dishes and all delicious. You pay be the weight of the plate. We were too full after our main course to try the desserts, but I’m sure they would be equally as delicious. My main cost around €18, so a bit expensive but worth it to have such a great choice.

I loved that I was able to finally try an amazing pasta that I am able to eat (vegan &gluten free ) I had the ravioli and they tasted as good as if they would have had gluten 🤣 the spinach “cream” filling was delicious. My husband had the tartine which was fresh and flavorful ☺️ dessert was great as well ☺️ sadly the restaurant was very empty which I hope changes ☺️ when in Verona .. a must visit :)) the service was great as well.

The amuse gueule all 3 courses dessert were delicious. The chocolate apricot cake is a dream. The dishes are very nicely presented. Lots of plants, bookshelf to browse, nice staff, perfect location to the arena. I recomend the Flora.

The buffet offers a vaste vaerity of delicious warm and cold meals. It is not only vegan but also organic. We had two pieces of cake: mango cream and three sorts of chocolate. They were outstanding. The atmosphere is very pleasant, too. The prices aren't a bargain, but in toto (with beverages) fair.

Nice selection at the lunch buffet. The food is wonderfully fresh and tastes marvellous. The service is very attentive and courteous. I like the concept of pricing by weight because it's fair and sustainable. Nevertheless, I had to pull myself together not to choose too much. With the delicious food, it was very tempting. 🤤🥰

Good buffet / pay by weight food, but we felt it was overpriced for what we got / what it was. It was ~35€ for our two plates of food and one water. I don’t think we got a huge amount of food. It was convenient and tasty, but I wouldn’t go back again at these prices. My husband was so annoyed by the cost and didn’t like his food much, to the point he suggested I rate this a 1….
