Food is yummy and staff was kind, you pay for the weight of the plate of the food that u eat which it was interesting cause I've never seen a place do that but it's nice, I particularly enjoyed the rice a lot.

I mean, all vegan isn’t an automatic five stars but the excitement having every option available certainly helps push it up a bit. I went for the buffet lunch plate, where you point to the things you want and they plate it up for you, and everything ranged from good to very good. I also had the triple chocolate mousse cake for dessert and it was probably the best mousse I have had since becoming vegan/ ever! There were several different flavours of mousse cake and if mine was anything to go by, they’d all be a good choice! The only con was that my total was €27, which was a bit expensive for me, but I was hungry so may have loaded up my buffet plate more than average…

Friendly and delicious - Edit
Close to the arena. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and welcoming. A lovely quiet haven from the bustling streets outside. Inside the food was varied and delicious and the place had its own calm ambience. We also could take our little dog in too. Highly recommend.

Delicious vegan food - Edit
It’s very close to the arena and the ancient center of Verona. The staff is very friendly and the food a bit unexpected, but very delicious! They cater to all kinds of food allergies and have their menu labeled. Everything is vegan, which is all that matters to me. I definitely will return.

I've been to Verona 3 times and visited Flora each time. Their lunch buffet offers so many delicious dishes (the parmigiana is my favorite!) and the desserts are excellent too.

We went here for lunch and they had a great buffet where you could tell the staff what you wanted and they put it on your plate. We also had dessert and both the food and the dessert was really good. The staff was also friendly but it was a bit expensive.

This restaurant is one of the best places to get vegan food in Verona. This time we went for lunch. They have a buffet menu where you can choose between many options (or have them all😌). Special mention to the potato gratin, we had to have a second slice. We also ordered different desserts and the pear and chocolate cake was phenomenal!

We had a lovely time at this informal buffet style restaurant. Completely vegan kitchen tasted supremely. We were two people with bigger eyes than stomachs and payed €53. Definitely worth it.

Read moreJust a few steps from the Arena, this really is a gem of a restaurant. Everything is completely vegan, but also gluten free and there are even raw options too. Perfect if you’ve been eating heavy, carb-filled Italian food for a few days like we had, and fancied something a little lighter.
Everything we ate was delicious, from the amuse bouche we were offered to start, to the trio of hummus, to the incredible raw tiramisu…. It was all definitely Italian food at its heart but with a twist. We also chose to have a wine flight, three glasses of local Veneto wines for only €10.
The ambience in the restaurant was great, and the owner really lovely. We had a good chat with him after our meal, in Italian, but could hear he was also chatting with others in French and English too. We really felt welcome.
It’s a shame we didn’t discover this restaurant sooner as I would have loved to have tried the lunchtime buffet. Just gives me an excuse to visit again soon!
Pros: The trio of hummus. Sounds simple but so delicious, The owner. Such a nice chap who chatted with us., The awesome Italian music playing!

Fully vegan menu. In the evening they serve à la carte, whereas there seems to be a buffet for lunch. The menu had some interesting dishes like tempeh with pistachio. Sadly, the food was not really hot, but luke warm. The taste however was excellent. Nice and fast service. English menu available.

Super nette Leute, ruhige Location. Tolle Auswahl an Speisen und Mann stellt sich sein essen selbst zusammen und zahlt pro 100g an essen das auf dem Teller landet 2,60€ wodurch man auf einen vollkommen angemessenen Preis kommt und auch nur auf den Teller hat, was man sich selbst aussucht. Hat auch alles gut geschmeckt.

Abends scheint es hier gute und schön zubereitete Menüs zu geben, wir waren mittags hier und da gab es ein Buffet, der Preis wurde nach gewogenem Gewicht bestimmt und war in Ordnung. Optisch wenig ansprechend dadurch, die einzelnen Gerichte passen nicht so gut zusammen und teilweise hätte es wärmer sein können. Eher wie eine Kantine, aber immerhin lecker vegan in einem interessanten Space.

Absolutely delicious and completely ingenious. The unique combination of flavors and ingredients conspired to create a one-of-a-kind taste treat. My partner and I got different first and second course meals and shared and all were magnificent. Our server was also amazing (Raja - I hope I’m spelling that correctly.) Conveniently located in the old part of Verona. Only complaint is the signage in the front of the restaurant. It needs to be more obvious. It is rather inconspicuous and we walked past twice before finding it. Also cool is a 500 year old well, thankfully covered in plexiglass, in the middle of the restaurant. Fascinating. My partner and I are hardcore vegans who are diehard travelers and vegan foodies and it is our opinion that this place is the real deal.

We ate here last night and were really happy with the service, the food and the drinks throughout the evening. We were very well attended to despite it being busy, and the food was beautifully presented in every aspect. I wouldnt hesitate to reccomend Flora.
