Italian Vegan options!!!

Barbara is a kind roman cook! I work near her Gastronomia and since her opening I’ve become a loyal customer. I love her choice to introduce vegan options which is very unusual for Italian traditional foods.
Her cusine is very rich of real food as legumes and vegetables which is very interesting for healthy food lovers.
For me she’s popped from heaven cause in addition of healthy its meals are so delicious and tasty!
I super recommend for everyone, specially for tourist who never find traditional Italian vegan meals.
