Eureka! - Edit
With a name derived from the Ancient Greek for well-being, the food served at this tasteful spot certainly lives up to this ethos. The focus is very much on striking a balance between health and taste, something that was very much evident in all that enjoyed on my visit. This was especially true for the protein pancakes, as they were light, fluffy and could easily have been consumed on their own, but the fresh fruits and almond butter that accompanied them only served to further enhance the dish. The oatmeal bowl was no slouch either, a warm comforting bowl that once more achieved an equilibrium of wholesomeness and satisfaction. A word too for the coffees as these were excellent, especially the iced oat latte with sugar-free caramel.
