East to located coffee shop - Edit
This place is super easy to locate when trying to catch the bullet train. They not only offer plant milk for coffee but a fully vegan burger for only 430 yen at the time I’m writing this. The staff is super friendly and can understand English and even gave my order number to me in English! Next time you’re looking for food while waiting for your train go here!

Good fast food option in the station - Edit
They have just 1 vegan sandwich but it’s good. Really, really cheap (less than 3€) and fast. Perfect option if you’re on the hurry of travelling.

The one vegan food option is... Ok? - Edit
They have a vegan soy burger. It's only 450 Yen and tastes kind of ok? Would advise getting food before going through shinkensen gate if possible, but if you're desperate it's ok😄better if you have some vegan mayo in your bag!!

Pros: It was vegan, Staff were quick but polite, Bread was ok and lettuce fresh
Cons: Weird breakfast! Burger was a bit tasteless, Busy, so had to eat on the platform
