Nothing vegan

So this is in the ticket gates of JR,I searched outside where the supermarket and the vegan ramen place is forever. When I finally found it they had absolutely nothing vegan. They had many as vegetarian labled items but the fact that I could read at the wall that they also have a vegan one told me that nothing was vegan. Inarrived around 10.30 and half of the shop was empty. I would say do not bother. I almost missed my shinkansen for nothing.

The supermarket however had also packed vegan bagels which is pretty uncommon. They saved me.

Most of them are for vegetarian

It’s located inside JR Shin-Osaka Station, so it’s convenient if you’re coming from the JR lines—it’s right on the way to the Shinkansen exit. While it’s great that they have some options, personally there’s not much that’s particularly exciting to see or try.

Vegetarian bakery with vegan options

This was a good option for snacks inside the train station. There were only a few vegan options though when I went, but a few is better than none. If you are a Shinkansen passenger, you may need to ask for a pass to get into the part of the station where this is, so, if you're in a hurry, you'd probably want to skip this.

Pros: There were vegan options , Clear labels

Cons: I'd be more grateful if there were more vegan opts, Accessibility

Great fruit and walnut bread

In my experience, breakfast is the hardest meal to find in Japan. This bakery had a delicious fruit and walnut bread that could be bought to eat as breakfast, or saved for a snack later on in the day.

Pros: Breads were marked with ingredients

Nice bread - no desserts

Stopped by before a shinkansen trip. The store has clearly labeled all items so it’s easy to see which are vegan. Almost everything is vegerarian though, there were no proper vegan desserts for example.

We bought some vegan macha bread and cranbarry breadrolls and they were good! Just wish that they had more vegan options, especially sweet ones.

Pros: Clear labels, Vegan bread

Cons: Desserts not vegan

Lots of different vegan breads

I was very excited to find a bakery in Japan that had clearly marked vegan breads. I bought just about one of everything. Fruit roll. Olive roll. Red bean roll. And lots more. Each one was delicious. Sad they are only in Osaka.

Nice vegan breakfast

Good location inside the Osaka Station, with tasty cranberry vegan bread and green tea bread (not for every taste).
