Best food in Seoul - Edit
This place definitely needs more attention! We came here before taking our train to Busan and LOVED it. It's very cheap and sooo good. We had the soup with Rice cakes and dumplings and it was delicious and very filling, it was so much, I couldn't even finish. The owner was really friendly and it was no problem that we came with all our luggage. Would definitely eat there again, it was one of the best meals in Seoul. It's a short walk from Seoul Station.

Happy that I came - Edit
I was a bit tired after my train trip so after I got my dumplings my mood got better
Read moreThe restaurant is really close to the train station
Vegan options are clearly marked and even translated into English
I got the vegan/vegetarian dumplings, a mixed of spicy and green ones, the spicy ones weren’t that spicy though
The owner asked me if I’m good with spicy food that’s probably why I got two different kinds
I also got a small vegan soup and could take as many radish as I wanted
I didn’t see any bathroom but when I asked the owner showed me the way
In the backyard there is a cute cat
The dumplings were good, but nothing special, but I really like the atmosphere and the service
Pros: Vegan options marked , Pretty affordable
Cons: Could be tastier

Cheap & huge portion sizes - Edit
Really great option for when you’re around the Seoul Stanton area. Portion sizes are huge and everything is very reasonably priced. Had a lovely meal and was nice and full before boarding my train. Staff were also incredibly friendly!

Great Korean food - Edit
This small restaurant serves Korean food in a very Korean setting. Happy to see vegan options of such traditional Korean staples. The bibimguksu I got was delicious and so copious for the price (only 5000wons). I really likes the cabbage they added to the noodles. Precise vegan when ordering. Great if you are next to Seoul station.

* deserves 5 ⭐️ - Edit
Traditional Korean comfort food pit stop--- had the 잔치국수 which I haven't had in years and years--- so nice and great plant-based version of the original noodle dish. The mandu was scrumptious. The staff were very sweet, too.

Good value - Edit
Its nice to have a filing and regularly priced option around. Daom Guksu has great dumplings and janchiguksu. Personally their bibimguksu isnt to my taste, but i really like everything else there. In the summer kongguksu is also available and quite nice

Awesome Dumplings - Edit
Loved the vegetarian dumplings (half kimchi filled, half veggie filled) and the spicy mixed noodles. Would definitely come back to this spot.

Omg my soulfood - Edit
I loved their 떡만둣국. It was so comforting. The 비빔국수 was kinda too sweet for me, but my friend enjoyed it. Loved their dumplings as well. And the price was soooo good. But their kimchi on the self-serve bar is not vegan!!!

Legit dumplings, bibim and soup! - Edit
I like when places that are totally traditional in one area then veganize what they already have a history of making very well. The dumplings are very good. The bibim was good but maybe a little too sweet for me. The dumpling and rice cake soup is a beast! Great but a big bowl of food. You will leave full. It is a shame the kimchi is not vegan 😒 ....oh, and this place is why too cheap! I almost felt guilty when the bill came.

Veganized Korean noodle classics - Edit
At this restaurant, they have only recently begun to offer vegan options besides their regular noodle dishes.
Read moreThey serve a handful of classic wheat noodle dishes and dumplings. Among those are a couple dishes that can be ordered either regular or vegan (marked with a green-colored square on the menu).
The dumplings seem to be handmade and are filled with glass noodles and greens. The broth for Tteok Mandu Soup 떡만두국 and Janchi Guksu 잔치국수 is clearly plant-based and tastes flavorful and savory! Food was filling and can be categorized as carbohydrate-based comfort food for Koreans.
The owner is really friendly and asked for feedback. He said that at the moment, they cannot provide vegan Kimchi because it is more expensive, but if more people keep asking for vegan Kimchi they might change it!
It is located in the vicinity of Seoul Train Station. It is a typical Korean noodle restaurant with water and side dishes available for self-service. Prices are very low, the highest price being 8000 KRW for Tteok Mandu Soup 떡만두국!
Pros: Food tastes good, Cheap prices, Friendly staff

Nice, inexpensive, kind - Edit
Kind of perfect place for enjoying Korean Vegan Mood. Especially janchiguksu (noodle soup) is really good. And they separates the utensils for vegan food from others. And they have new vegan menu! VEGAN DUMPLINGS and VEGAN DUMPLING SOUP. Dumpling costs 6000 won and Dumpling soup costs 8000 won. It is rocated near by the Seoul station 15th exit. Cross the street, turn left and go straight. You can find the store in about 5 to 10 minute. The vegan option menu is highlighted in green on the menu. Tell them you're VEGAN when you order!
