Solid, filling vegan poke bowl - Edit
I stopped by for lunch because I was in the Seoul Station area, and I was really satisfied with the meal. You get a choice of sauces, I went with the gochujang hummus and it paired well with the mix of salad, beans, tofu noodles, and stir fried veggies. Each of the components of the poke bowl are well flavored, and it rounds out to a nice, satisfying meal.

There is a vegan option which is a bowl with tofu noodles, grilled mushrooms, kidney beans, and chickpeas. Very nutritious and complete meal.

Chosunbowl est à proximité de Seoul Station, ce qui est très pratique. Le restaurant propose 4 types de bowls parmi lesquels un vegan. On peut choisir sa base (nouilles de tofu, riz ou salade) et sa sauce d’accompagnement (doenjang mayo, gojuchang mayo). Les sauces contiennent potentiellement des œufs ou des produits laitiers mais elles ne sont pas mélangées au bowl.
