To me, it’s always difficult to create vegan dishes for meat based traditional food. It’s never 100% the same. There are so much better vegan dishes. Anyhow - that’s their concept. The pasta alla puttanesca was ok. The mixed grilled plate for 2 was a bit small for 29€ but with the pasta before, I was filled. I would not come again. It’s just not what I like about vegan food.

Delicious food, excellent service - Edit
Everything that we ordered was delicious. The menu is fantastic with a lot of variety. The staff are all friendly, accommodating and professional. The interior is very nice. In a good location. We visited 3/4 days during our trip.

Because of the central location, we went to Buddy several times and tried a few pasta and pizza dishes, all were great and portion sizes - very generous.

Nice restaurant with a good sphere. Started with the Cheese platter which was really nice! Included three cheeses that were totally different in taste and also different meat replacements. After that I took the Tunna pasta which was mind blowing! Would have loved to also order a dessert, but waited for 30 minutes without staff noticing because it was quite busy. However, still a very good experience!

I must say we were a bit hesitant coming here after reading a few bad reviews, but all of our worries were out the window! We did get an awful red wine, but when asking about it the staff were super professional and suggested another one (and let us taste it beforehand this time) which was lovely.
Read moreWe got one carbonara pasta and one pasta amatricana and omg. Can’t say which one of them were the best. They both blew us away!! Also portions were huge.
We still had some room to try their cheesecake though, but it was more like a whipped cream dessert. Tasty if you like whipped cream though, but not a cheesecake.

The food is fine, but they want you to fetch the menu on your cellphone. The QR code on the placemat didn’t work. The waitress eventually gave me a business card with a QR code. That worked, but there were only rather terse descriptions.

Great fast(ish) casual, fully vegan, hipster vibe cafe in Roma! Lots of options on the menu from brunch to lunch. My non-vegan husband had a meat pinza and I had the mushroom. It was so good and my reheated leftovers were just as good! I’d definitely go back.

Fresh and delicious food, also quite reasonably priced by Rome standards. Great selection of breakfast items, salad bowls etc. I think this was the best meal I had in Italy which wasn’t pizza!

This was a very nice spot to eat in Rome, went the other day back. Loved the staff and I had a delicious meal. First time I only ordered something sweet, with a (very good... But it's Italy😉) cup of coffee. That was such a delicious sweet desert that I went back that evening for dinner. The next day I couldn't resist to eat there again :-)

I really wanted to love this place, but I was underwhelmed with the food especially compared to some of the other places we went.
The cheesecake stood out above the rest of the deserts at the restaurants we tried, and I think it's good enough to stop by just for that.

I went for breakfast. The tofu scramble was ok- under seasoned but fine. Coffee with oat milk was also ok. Quite weak. I would visit again later in the day as I think the lunch and dinner options are meant to be better.

Ordered delivery twice. Should have known that the stomach bug we got was from their food. It was confirmed after the second order. The tiramisu smelled off and had a flavor of cheese- only took that one bite.

Got very ill after the second order. Tried to contact them via WhatsApp but they never responded. Go to Origano instead- much tastier and actually fresh.
