I love when I find a 100% vegan restaurant because I feel the graded to explore the whole menu with no worries or concerns. I tried the pav bhaji and the masala pizza. I need to return as soon as I can so I can keep looking through the menu.
Pros: The owner lives and loves vegan!, The food is delicious! , Even the walls send messages of cruelty-free love.

Worth the trip - Edit
I love Bombay Food Junkies and have been a fan of their food for a long time. Their shakes and fresh sodas are fantastic. I especially love their orange dreamsicle shake and the chocolate peanut butter shakes. Those flavors aren't on the regular menu so I always make a trip out to get a shake when either is the featured flavor of the week.
Read moreThe food! The food is so goooooood! I love so many of their dishes but some of my favorites are the kachori chaat, chik'n tikka naan wrap with masala fries, tofu bowl, and the samosas.

Excellent Food! Even Better Service!! - Edit
Yesterday, I finally went to Bombay Food Junkies for the first time ever... It was certainly worth it! Had the Chik'n Tikka Naan Wrap with Fries and the But'r Chik'n Bowl with Naan Bread. Not pictured was the Mint Chocolate Chip Shake made with oat milk.

My experience was alright. I’m not entirely sure what the hype is.

For what you receive, I think it’s a bit expensive.
I had the Dahi Papdi Chaat and a mango lassi. The lassi was fine, but the Dahi Papdi Chaat was lacking.
Pros: Atmosphere, Lassi
Cons: Self serve everything , Dahi Papdi Chaat

Delicious, Exceeded taste expectation and Great Service - Edit
We had the Falafel bowl, the Chikn Tikka bowl, some Naan bread as a side and the pumpkin shake. We try not to do oils or sugar and the bowls are cooked with oil but we knew that when we ordered. Absolutely delicious! The chickn tasted so buttery and was moist. The rice was so good as well. The spices were just right. The shake was very good with a great pumpkin flavor. We will be back.

What a lifesaver. And delish too. Was traveling to St. Louis and the hotel had nothing I really wanted to eat. Bombay Food Junkies was just two miles away and was so good I went two nights in a row. The milkshakes are epic. Everything I ate was delicious and made me so happy. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

I loved this place before I was vegan, and then I went vegan and they added ice creams. Hopefully that’s self-explanatory, but in case you need specifics I’ve tried most of the dishes and they pretty much all hit. My non veg 9yo liked the chickn wings more than normal chicken nuggets!

Vegan Indian Food!!! (And more) - Edit
If I lived closer it would be tempting to go here at least once a week. Everything was so so delicious. My favorite were the wings with mango habenero sauce, I was licking the sauce from the bowl. I love the vegan messaging, the commitment to the environment, and the very friendly people working there. It's seriously such a gem. The place was popping off when I was there - which made me happy but it was very busy!

Favorite Restaurant (period) - Edit
Bombay Food Junkies is my absolute favorite restaurant, ever. I probably visit on average at least once a week 😂 … I’m also probably bias at this point because Sid and Krupa are basically our friends for how frequently they see our faces. My favorites to order are the Chik’n Tikka Naanwich with masala fries, Chik’n Tikka Bowl with brown rice & quinoa, and the Butter Chik’n Bowl with cilantro fried rice, and, of course, Dahi Papdi Chaat! The Mango milkshakes are also heavenly and we have ordered a mango ice cream cake for my birthday the last 2 years. We also love going to their special 4-course menu events such as Valentine’s Day & Thanksgiving 💖 Cannot recommend this place enough! They are a top-rated STL restaurant for a reason!

The sauces!!! - Edit
Great stuff. Chikin sando and some chikin… wings(?) were on the menu for me today. I guess I was in the mood for chikin. All great. Came with a side of masala fries too. Wished there was a little more spice involved there but overall still very tasty. I ended up with a lot of sauces and they were all incredible. Mango habanero sauce on the chikin… chunks(?) was so good. Got a side of veg ranch too, which was great. Spicy sauce on the sando was so on point! I love saaaaaaaaaaaaaauce!!!
Read moreThe adtual space is great with a mural on the wall and a lot of nice uplifting vegan messages. 10/10. Will probably eat here again tomorrow.
Pros: Chikin sando is money, Space is cute and fun, I want them to spray their sauce all over my face
Cons: Some plastic packaging involved, Chairs not super comfy
