Quick, customizable sandwiches - Edit
Unfortunately bread co has discontinued a lot of their vegan options, but their Mediterranean veggie sandwich is vegan without feta cheese. You can customize the bread and toppings. I recommend switching the tomato basil bread to a baguette, very filling!
