Best Bagels Company - Edit
Nice staff…and I appreciate the large number of vegan options, but my bagel and fillings did not taste good at all. As such, I just ate the soy meat and lettuce and left the rest. In all fairness, I am a bit of a bagel snob given I frequent bagel shops in NYC, so I have unbelievably high standards when it comes to bagels. The mayonnaise used in the bagels does need improvement.

Great bagels! - Edit
They have a full vegetarian and vegan menu and most bagels recipes can be made vegan with vegan chicken, vegan bacon, vegan mayonnaise, etc.
Read moreI had the Alaska fire bagel and it was delicious! I’ll come back to try the other recipes.
It’s open on Sunday which is great because they aren’t much vegan options open on this day in Lyon.
