Fun and tasty - Edit
I'm so glad I couldn't get a table at the hype veg restaurant and I got to come to this build your own couscous place! Everything was delicious, including notably, the potatoes, and the French are not fooling around with their cheese. That goat cheese was musky and special. The computer ordering, with English option, made me more confident that I was getting what I wanted, and then I asked the chef "sans persil si vous plait" so I got a beautiful vegetarian meal, with no parsley, in a gorgeous space of old stone walls and excellent music but chill vibes for €15. I figured it was a chain or a franchise, and I kind of wish it were because it's such a winning concept, but it is one of a kind!

Numerous vegan options! - Edit
We stumbled upon Cousbox walking around Lyon and it was a great meal! The falafel was so fresh and delicious as well as the couscous! I had the chickpea soup as well which was spiced incredibly and very delicious. The vegan options are very clearly marked out. You order from a screen and sit down and the food was brought to us very fast. If you are looking for a quick easy meal this is a great place to go. Would come back again for sure.
