A little disappointing - Edit
A nice little place in a lovely location, we were excited to try it. Sadly we left a little disappointed. After ordering, one meal came out alone and not vegan so was sent back, it then came out again with the main meal component not being as described and was again sent back. The other meal came out in this time which was nice. Sadly we ended up eating at completely different times. The food was nice but the whole experience was a little less than anticipated.

Best vegan food in Corfu - Edit
We visited Aubergine 3 times during our week holiday in Corfu. We had the Gyros (Amazing), Stifado and Mouskaka from the specials board and the Greek platter. It was all wonderfully cooked and tasted amazing, yet still keeping the classic Greek flavours. Most of the veggie dishes could also be made vegan. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Lovely restaurant, delicious food and friendly staff - Edit
We ate twice at Aubergine during our stay in Corfu Town. There were many delicious vegan choices available for me and my wife. The staff are really friendly and helpful and I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Great food and staff! - Edit
It was so good to find a vegan/vegetarian restaurant in my holidays to Corfu. Owner was very friendly. Vegan food was so delicious that we had to order some extra stuff to take away as well. We had pasta with mushrooms and veggies (veeery good), musaka (great), stuffed aubergines (sooo good), hotdog(nice), gyros (pretty good) and wonderful fresh juices... Definitely recommended.

Great place - Edit
I had the vegetarian gyros, this time they made it with mushrooms instead of seitan so I love it as it was gluten free too. Great cheesecake too.

Much more vegan friendly since 2018, top notch*** - Edit
We visited Aubergine cafe the day before leaving Corfu as we had not realized it was right in the centre of Corfu town, near to where we are staying. The reviews from 2018 on Happy Cow implied that there weren’t many options for vegan but this has greatly changed. The owner has recognized he has a vegan market and has adapted his menu from the previous year to provide more options to vegans that visit the cafe. We enjoyed the vegan burger and vegan gyros; they were so good we went back on our last day for a second serving and to try the vegan hot dog also. There was also a great vegan chocolate chip cookie on offer for dessert, along with other options such as a vegan cheesecake. Definitely one of the best places we ate during our trip. Not one to miss. Friendly service by the Albanian owner who is also vegetarian.

Tasty and very friendly - Edit
I went there for lunch. I ordered a falafel-sandwich (€5,50) which normally comes with a greek yoghurt-sauce. They replaced it with a vegan sauce for me. Very friendly staff.

Not Vegan-Friendly - Edit
The location is nice, between the old town and the sea, but I can confirm what was said in a previous review: There is nothing vegan for breakfast except for a fruit "salad" (actually, just a few pieces of fruit). Paying 5 euros for this doesn't seem quite fair.

Cons: Almost no vegan options for breakfast, Too expensive

Nothing vegan for breakfast apart from fruit salad. - Edit
Happy to find this little place, but very disappointed that the only vegan breakfast offering was a fruit salad which I can easily find elsewhere

First: great that there is even this one vegetarian cafe on the whole island! Thank you for this! Other than that I was a little disappointed as there were quite limitted vegan options and no desert at all when I was there. The food was still allright.

BrillIant little Cafe - Edit
Lovely cafe, gent was very nice and the chef sweet and chatted to us. We had a lovely soup with warm local bread. Lots of traditional Greek and a few vegan options. Was reasonably priced. We I’ll return on our next trip to Corfu. Had a well stocked bar too, would think great for evening drinks too😄

nice place, very nice staff - Edit
The manager and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. You'll get the best coffee in town and amazing fresh juices. And they have delicious home-made almond milk. They don't have many vegan options but they know what vegan is and have some options on the menu. For breakfast I had oats with almond-milk and a fruit salad. For lunch they have salads and a vegan option of spaghetti and risotto.

Really nice place with friendly staff. We had a cracking Greek salad and spinach pie - both vegan. Staff helpful in identifying what was vegan friendly on menu. Worth a trip whilst in Corfu town!

Great dinner - Edit
We really enjoyed our vegan dinner experience here and Julia was a superb hostess ... This has only been opened a month and it is the first and only vegetarian / vegan cafe on Corfu ... Highly recommend and best of luck to them ... Ask for a Durrell Brothers Vegan breakfast special
