I’d highly recommend for a veg/non-veg mixed crowd as there are plenty of options. Outdoor location is perfect, and finally a place that could do a vegan latte (soya and almond)

Amazing option in the city center! - Edit
This place is great. There are many vegan options and they are clearly marked in the menu. I tried the gyros and the baklava - they were super tasty! It is not the cheapest place but worth the price. You can sit outside in the shade and the staff is very friendly.

Went twice during a one week stay on Corfu. Vegan options available and lovely, serves plant milk coffees and beers too. Seating inside the cafe or in the lovely plaza just in front. Also nicest WC of anywhere we visited!

My first time trying a vegan moussaka and it was tastebud-heaven, the flavours took me back to my childhood! Delicious fresh salad too, wonderful friendly staff and great value for money. Lots of veggie/vegan options and coffees too.

We were so happy to find a vegan place in Corfu! Even happier that it was delicious! We had the pastitsio, falafel sandwich and some hummus! Big and filling portions and all fresh! The people were very friendly and accommodating! We will for sure come back before we leave! Must try the mousaka and vegan cheesecake!

Good food, really nice location. We took a moussaka and a pastisio. Wonderful vegetarian food, large portions for a fair price (9.5 € each). The service was a bit slow. Half a litre bottle of water are cheaper than the liter one (0.8€ for 0.5L and 2€ for the 1L bottle) that should be changed because of the waste of plastic. We didn't take any dessert but they had a lot of vegan and non vegan ice cream which looked nice.

The location was beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere. The inside decor also looked very nice. We had the vegan moussaka which was the best I’ve ever tasted and the vegan burger. There were many vegan desserts like the vegan cheesecake however unfortunately by the time we had arrived they had sold out. The only negative would be the staff. They were nice but seemed slightly inexperienced and kept loitering making us feel uncomfortable.

We sat in the outdoor area. We ordered off the extensive vegetarian menu, made vegan, and had a wonderful meal. We had the burrito, Caesar salad and vegan burger, and all of us were satisfied. Followed by some vegan icecream (marijuana flavour is surprisingly good). Very friendly staff, and well priced.

Aubergine is an awesome vegetarian restaurant with lots of vegan options (for dinner at least), with the dishes of the day generally being vegan/vegetarian versions of traditional Greek dishes. My husband and I had dinner there twice. He is not a vegetarian but he loved it as much as I did. We had the moussaka, pastitsio, various dips, and the spaghetti bolognaise. All very tasty and very filling. The restaurant is also set in a nice location overlooking the park. Would definitely recommend this to others.

I’ve travelled nearly all of Europe as a vegan and hands down, this is the best food I’ve ever eaten. Can’t miss this place if you’re in Corfu!!! Fabulous experience - the food is out of this planet, super tasty, rich in flavour and the staff is friendly and so helpful at all times, even offering to change vegetarian dishes to accommodate vegans. Lots of choice, they also do dish of the day which as far as I’ve seen is usually something from traditional Greek cuisine, but made 100% plant based. I’ve had 3 meals here so far and there’s more to come 😁

Been to Aubergine two times now. Great food, lots of vegan options and super friendly staff. The cook even came out to chat about the dishes and her favourites both times. And she did not disappoint. The drinks are amazing as well. The Apple Excuse is our favourite

Supreme vegan Greek food - Edit
Very highly recommended. Visited multiple times while in Kerkyra and everything was utterly stupendous. The staff are happy to explain what on the menu is vegan, and what the vegan specials of the day are. The gyros was outstanding (and very clever), and the moussaka and stifado were absolutely delicious. Some of the best vegan Greek dishes we've ever had.
Read moreThe chap serving us also said quite honestly that they have only recently started to adapt to the demand for vegan food, so I think that some of the earlier reviews for Aubergine may no longer be relevant. Our experience was fantastic on multiple visits. Ευχαριστούμε!
