Scrumptious buffet! - Edit
There are a few vegan buffets in Hualien, but I only had a chance to visit this one. However, I was happy with that decision because the options were plentiful and the food was very tasty! Pay by weight and very inexpensive. As you can see, my stomach eyes were quite large after a long train from Taipei

Cheap and tasty canteen - Edit
This small canteen has nice, cheap, and healthy food to choose from. You can fill up a plate or take-out box for under 100 TWD, so it's a good deal. The interior was a bit shabby, but the food was great.

This place is pure Vegan restaurant in English its name is Healthy Veges Restaurant. The food are all fresh veges and this is like a buffet you have to get your own food and it will be weigh. It's really cheap here and food is really good.
