Small Organic Shop - Edit
A little organic shop selling various health foods. There is a limited selection of specialty vegan products, such as plant milks. But there are more items available at the nearby Loving Hut branch or the organic shop attached to the Hualien farmer's super market, both of which are listed on Happy Cow. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

Organic food but Mix with Non Vegan/ Vegetarian Packed goods. - Edit
It is a grocery store. They sell mostly organic foods packed but mixe with non vegetarians and vegan goods. This is not a pure vegetarian/vegan place so better read the ingredients.
