Vegan friendly

Me and my husband went here after we settled into our hotel. We found it through HappyCow and learned that the owner just opened it 6 weeks ago!! So happy we found it because we were so hungry after our train ride. I ate the potato-filled Indian crepe (dosa) on the menu and my hubby got the spicy coconut curry one. Both were so delicious!! The server guaranteed that everything was vegan, even the dipping sauces. This made me happy because I’ve been to other places where there wasn’t any. Lots of vegan options. And I personally recommend the spicy coconut curry dosa. It wasn’t too spicy either. Really great service and 100% vegan friendly. Will definitely go there again.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Great price, Fast and friendly service.

Cons: None

Delicious

I ordered take out of their potato rice crapes, chilli paneer, okra and naan. Food was very delicious and everyone enjoyed all the flavors.

Very friendly staff. I met the chef and the guy at the register, they were very helpful. My family prefers to eat at all vegetarian places, so we were very happy to know that the chef and his family have also been vegetarians. We will definitely go back. Next time I’m going try their lunch combo, which looked very inviting.

The only con was that they use all plastic takeout containers and utensils. Although I prefer compostable ones, this is the case with most restaurants.

Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff , Good size portions, Authentic flavors, Clean place

Cons: Plastic takeout containers

Update: we revisited this place a couple of time. We wish that they could be more hygienic.

Generous fast South Indian

We stopped by for a quick bite on our way to a show, excited to check out this new place. There was little expense on decor, but things seemed pretty clean. The staff was very nice and excited to see us. Order at the counter, find a place to sit in the small restaurant.
I was a bit thrown off by the Americanized names of some of the food, but for Indian food fans, rest assured, potato pastries are indeed Samosas. Rice crepes are in fact Dosas.
We went straight for these favorites, the Samosas are large, two to an order. The Dosas are also hanging off the plate, and plenty of filling. A side of Sambar soup is included.
The staff was proud to state that ALL menu items are vegetarian, vegan items are noted, and they are happy to make anything vegan on request.

Pros: All vegetarian, Generous portions, Reasonable prices

Cons: Very little seating, Not much ambience, No website
