incontournable

Pros: full vegan

Wonderful

The set menu (3 courses plus bread and bottled water) is brilliant value at 9.25 euros. There are several choices for each course and the staff are happy to explain the dishes if your Spanish isn't good. Portion sizes are very generous, we didn't need to eat for the rest of the day! Everything we tried was really tasty and freshly made.
Be aware this place is very popular and gets busy, so be prepared to queue for a table.

Pros: Amazing value, 100% vegan business

Cons: Waiting times for a table can be long

Starter, Main, bread, dessert and wine all for €9.25. very inexpensive cocktails and milkshakes too. Huge menu with lots of options, but the set mean is such a good deal. 4 or 5 options for each course!

Pros: inexpensive, lots of options

Cons: none!

Tasty vegan meals for a reasonable price

Fully vegan restaurant with a selection of meals ranging from Indian to European cuisine. We ordered one tapas and one luxury Thali for share and it was enough for two people. There's also a wide selection of smoothies, milkshakes (with almond milk) and desserts. Located close to the Placa de Catalunya it makes a great place to visit on your sightseeing tour. The staff is fluent in English. Recommended!

Pros: Fully vegan, tasty, good price, extensive menu, ni

Food was incred

The staff can be a little quiet at time. But one of the lovely male staff members advised us not to order as much as we wanted as it would be a bit too much, and he was right. The burgers were amazing along with the nachos - overall a great experience

Thank you

Cool spot on a budget

Had a great menu deal for 1 starter, 1 entree, bread, and desert for about €9. I got the samosa, Thali platter, and chocolate cake. It was plenty of food for the amount you pay. They also had good mojitos (but very sweet) which were about €4. Cool artsy restaurant. Service was okay.

Amazing Indian & Nepalese Food

If you're after something cheap, quick & amazing - come to Veggie Garden! I grabbed a plate of momos (dumplings) for 4 euros, and the Thali plate for 6 euros. The plate has 2 curries, a dal, rice and pappadums. Such good value for money!

Amazing

We went to this place twice on our 3-day visit to Barcelona. The food, the smoothies and juices are cheap and delicious and the service was fast and friendly. We live in Berlin and although there are plenty of vegan places here, this was the best vegan restaurant that we have visited so far.

Pros: Great variety of different foods, A lot of smoothies and juices, Very affordable prices

Cons: None

An OK option

They serve you a lot of food, and they do it fast. Service is a bit impersonal, but that's probably because the place is always full of people (at least it was every time I passed in front of it). Which is good for a change, being it a vegan place! :--)

I had better Indian food before in my life (and I'm not such a big fun: if you are, then my three stars may be 4 stars), but it's still good. Also, it's cheap, and the place is full of colours and nice. Try it! A big part of their business seems to consist of juices and smoothies, they have loads of fresh fruit hanging around!

The chocolate dessert was very fruity!

Not great service

We had already been to the other veggie garden restaurant in Barcelona and thought we would go again. My boyfriend speaks spanish and asked if I could have a meal without the mushrooms, waiter just seemed like he couldnt be bothered helping us at all. Ended up getting the same meal I had tried previously. We asked to move outside as a table freed up and again the waiter seemed annoyed. We had only just finished our meal and were asked to move on. I was still sitting at the table when he started wiping it clean. I found this experience to be not so enjoyable as the other veggie garden. Our waiter was just plain rude.

Pros: Food was lovely

Cons: waiter was rude and unhelpful

good - not great

I can see why people love this place. It´s colourful, It´s cheap, it´s fun and vegan. The food was good. But it didn´t make me wanna jump out of my chair in delight.
In comparision to other vegan places in Barcelona this is good, but not great. However - if you are hungry, what a lot of food for little money: This is your best choice!!!!!

Pros: cheap, 100% vegan

Cons: restrooms were a bit old

Amazing food AND drink, already been twice, can't wait to go again!!!

I have already been 2 times and both times were amazing. The choices are really varied and are not things that are typically found in vegan restaurants. On top of the food being delicious, the choices of smoothies, juices and milkshakes were incredible. The food is very affordable and portions are huge. Staff were also very friendly and helpful and took time to explain the menu. Cannot wait to go back!!!

Pros: Great value, Cool vibe, amazing artwork, Staff are friendly

Cons: Nothing I can think of

best value vegan food

I went to this restaurant on my last night in Barcelona and I wasn't disappointed. The food was excellent. I had the curry meal - 2 different currys, a Dahl, poppadoms, a tapas, rice, hummus, veg and chutney all for €7.50. The place itself is basic, no frills style but the food is excellent and the staff very friendly.

Pros: excellent value, large portions, good choice

Cons: smoothie/milkshake was too sugary for me

sufficient

A lot of food for not too much money. Nice but a bit lazy people. Quality is not good. My garlic Bread was burned, half of my orange juice was ice and my sandwich bread seemed a bit dry and old.

Pros: big portions, not expensive

Cons: bad quality, fast food
